Got an e-mail today from Joey in Customer Service asking that I call to confirm my order. When I called he tried to sell me additional stuff. Then, he told me the price was $100 more than what was shown in my order, because they would not sell me the package I ordered (and which is still advertised on their website). They would only sell it with an additional warranty, which brought the price up by $100. I told him to cancel the order, and he said that he would.

Bad bad bad company. I usually don't give out bad comments, but I've been waiting for almost a week for my order to process. I got an email 5 days later to call inoax to confirm my order. When I called in, the guy was asking me if I want a battery to go along with Canon GL2. On their website, the package I order included battery and other 10 items; however, the guy said it's only the camera body. I was so disappointed and went back to see. They took the product down.
Please don't waste your time with this company. What I'm worry is these people might run other selling site too. *cross my fingers* I hope I won't run into these kind of people again.

Caveat emptor. 100% of people who buy here are required to call them as well to get upsold other things. These guys are the internet version of the back-alley sleazy "out-of-the-trunk" rip-off artists you hear about but never want to do business with.
I bought on 11/26 and an email on 11/30 told me I had to call them to "confirm" the order. They never even asked my address but simply used the order # to identify what I had bought and then proceeded to upsell/cross-sell me. When I started complainig, "Michael" hung up on me. I called by nine times and was put on hold for up to 30 minutes, except for once when I was told that the product had suddenly gone out of stock. I finally got hold of "Levi Cheli", the "Manager", who admitted the product was not out of stock, then put me on hold to "investigate" the incident - for 45 minutes (hoping I would hang up). He then raised told me the order was $304.00 but would give it to me for $278.00. I already had an email from them that it was $278.00 from four days earlier.
I cancelled the order - oh, and the amount of SPAM I was getting directly after placing the order increased DRAMATICALLY. Coincidence? I think not.
Emptor, you really need to caveat this place.
12-12-04 It's been almost two weeks - the torrent of SPAM email I began receiving just after making this order has not stopped.

Order never arrived. They kept saying it was on backorder, even though the website said it was in stock. Finally cancelled order after waiting over a month and getting the run around each time I called.
In the twenty years I have bought computer equipment, I never bought from a dealer who turned out to be less reputable than Inoax. I ordered a digital camera from them because they offered a significant discount. I paid for two day delivery, but it took four day before the order was processed and eight or nine days before I received it. Meanwhile, I kept getting calls to add to the order, including a $49 battery which "the camera has to have to function after the demo run out." (Not true.) I politely said no to all offers. When the camera finally came (eight days later, though I was charged for two day delivery), it included the battery (which I found sells locally for $29). Even worse, the battery did not fit. I e-mailed five times. No reply. I called four times. "A replacement is in the mail." More than two months later, I am still waiting. Buyer beware. My advice, read the reviews and stick to reputable dealers. Whatever the lowest rating for customer satisfaction is, that is what Inoax should get.

Order was cancelled due to an attempted "Bait and Switch". The price on their web site was $25 less than what they attempted to charge me ($295 item). Very unsavory characters, in my opinion.

This is a copy of the letter I sent to Inoax.com following many issues about my order. I still have not had anyone from customer service call me back to fix this problem. I have made all phone calls to determine status of my order. The only phone calls that they made to me was for false claims that there was a problem with my order only to talk to me for a sales pitch.
Order Dept for Inoax.com
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your quality of service and control. I made my first online order ever and you have given me a bad experience that I will be reporting. On Sunday Nov 7, 2004 I ordered 2 items for my digital camera. This was done with the plan that I would get the items before the weekend because I paid for next day air. (This was to support a family trip before my deployment overseas.) To begin I started to get e-mail and phone calls Monday stating that there was a problem processing my order. I could only assume that there was an error in equipment compatibility or my payment information. I e-mail requesting more details because my pre-deployment work schedule conflicted with the hours of operation you had on Monday and Tuesday. Once again, I got more phone calls and e-mail on Tuesday stating the same thing "there is a problem with my order". Finally on Wednesday I got out of work in order to contact William @ ext 276. He told me that there was no problem but rather an opportunity for me to upgrade my purchase from a short life battery to a longer one. Since I had already sustained the initial delay I opted for the 4hr battery (though I would have been happier with the shorter battery delivered on time). William then proceeded to assure me that the items would be delivered to me before the weekend to support my trip. With that in mind I requested a tracking number for shipment, he told me that a number would be e-mailed to me Wednesday night. Well come Thursday, my items where not delivered nor did I receive the e-mail with tracking number. Friday, the same thing. I called Friday, William transferred me to ext 218, this young lady told me that I would get a tracking number by 3:00pm that day. It is now Saturday I am on my trip without the items that I ordered a week ago and I still do not know what my tracking number is for my purchase.
All of this I to tell you that I am highly disappointed with your service and that I will ensure the various sites that provide links to your sales gets copies of this letter along with my customer satisfaction survey. I will only consider changing this complaint if I am contacted by a manager to fix this disaster. Otherwise, you can expect this complaint to be filed appropriately.
I have included the e-mail contacts that you sent stating the status of my order. Please review, as stated there is a problem with my order, I do not consider a sales upgrade a problem.

I purchased a laptop as brand new but when I received it, the laptop was "refurbished." Inoax said they made an error and to return it which I did after a few days trying to get a RMA #. I have now waited over 2 weeks for a credit to my card but have not received it. My card company has now put the amount in as "conditional dispute" and are checking on it for me. I am very unhappy with Inoax's handling of this situation. I will never purchase from them again.
This seller LIES. Bait and switch. I ordered a product they list for 5500 with free shipping and they raised the price over a grand and tried to charge shipping. Do not trust this dealer.
Last contact with Inoax was Setpember 14th. I received a recording stating that they would be closed for the next 4 days. Since then I have not been able to contact them at all. I never received the vacuum I ordered, yet they charged my credit card. After reading even more reviews at various sites it's obvious that this company is corrupt and most likely will not resurface again. I sincerely hope they are prosecuted for their crimes. I have since disputed the charge and I expect a credit within the next few weeks. I will never order online without checking a company's ratings and customer reviews again. Lesson learned.

This is a horrible company. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
After 5 months of the initial order, I am still trying to get my money back. They have the poorest customer service and communication ever! Here's the short version of the story:
Ordered a mic and camcorder in March.
Only the camcorder shipped and received after two weeks after five phone calls, false records of it in stock, fake DHL tracking number initially issued.
Six phone calls/messages and numerous emails about the missing mic with no response. Spoke to at least four very rude customer service people. End of April requested the mic order cancelled because I needed one and I ordered from a different company. No response from them, no credit back to my visa.
So I asked my visa card to cancel the payment on the mic portion of the order. Guess what? A mic shows up at my door step two weeks later with them telling Visa they fulfilled the order. This is after more than two months after the initial order. I immediately call them again. Left three messages, long holds, nobody to help me. Then they finally said to return the item for a credit. I mail it back with their RMA#. No credit to my account after USPS tracking shows they have received it. I call, they said they did credit it. I wait a few more days. No credit. A month later and Six more phone calls and messages, still no credit for the $150.
As far as I can tell, they are dishonest (lied about stock, orders, shipping, and refunds), disorganized (5 order numbers were associated with this order), and slow. They NEVER return phone calls. Their website shows no direct mailing address other than a PO Box.
Once again, be careful! Just because they are a few bucks cheaper does not mean you will get what you want.
These people are liars! Beware! I placed an order for a very cool laptop case on 7/22/04. It sold for $99.99. I receive a call the very next day from Pete who informed me that the product was out of stock and tried to sell me a "more expensive" case for the same price. The case he tried to sell me retails for $39.99. Being an educated consumer I simply said no and to cancel my order. He then put me on hold and came back to tell me that his manager said they will get the product for me and ship it out Monday. I said "Are you sure?" and he said "Yes, definitely". When I called on Monday, I spoke to another sales person and that person was totally unenthused with her job and after a short hold informed me that the product was not in stock and won't be in for another week. I told her I was lied to, she didn't seem to care and so I hung up to write this letter to all you out there warning of the shady dealings of this reseller. BEWARE!
I ordered a Nikon D70 Digital camera as a gift. When the package was opened it was discovered that the manuals and software were all written in Japanese. I left 3 messages with the sales person, "Micky", and when my calls were not returned I called Nikon US. Nikon US told me that my camera was for the Japanese market and would not be supported by Nikon US. Nikon US could sell me an english manual for $14.00 and a 2-4 week wait. They could also sell me the english software for $19.00. When I called Inoax again and finally spoke to "Susan" and said that I was very unhappy and that the product had been misrepresented to me, Inoax said I should receive the english manual and software within the next few days.
