Placed an order for a projector via 2nd day air. Realized after I placed the order that there is no contact phone number for support or customer service listed on their website. I sent an email to their yahoo email account to determine if the projector was in stock but so far no reply. I need this projector for business and I have no idea when it will ship. If you need something quickly and require shipping confirmation shop elsewhere.

rude customer service! very very rude. They actually said my problem was too insignificant to waste time on. I cancelled the order immidiately. Dont forget the harassing sales people who will hound you to buy accessories

Park Deals, also known as “MP Superstores”, uses the business practice of advertising low prices, for a digital camera in my case, and then trying to sell costly add-ons when you have to call them to “confirm your order”. If you know this ahead of time, you can get a good price deal on their merchandise. Just say NO (or no thank you, if your mother taught you to be polite) to their additional offers. It helps if you “confirm your order” during a busy time. The salesperson will soon get the hint that he or she is wasting their time on you and is anxious to try their hard-sell skills on the next customer in their phone queue.  
 
That said, the only hitch in the process of purchasing from Park Deals is the mandatory callback. The product arrived on-time and has worked as expected.
