I ordered a GPU from these guys that they showed as in stock and ordered it for next day. The next day I call to make sure my order was shipping and the person on the phone said the part was in stock and my order was shipping out that afternoon. When I call in again Monday I find out that not only was the part never in stock but that I probably will be waiting weeks before they can ship and they tried to cross sell me to a different product because "you probably don't need video in anyway". At this point I cancelled my order and am making sure charges are denied at the bank ... utter incompetence.

I placed a order for a ATI Radeon 9800 showing in stock at 3:38 PM on the 14th I was charged $19.23 for next day shipping the order went in. I was charged to my card and sent confirmation of the order but no tracking #. Today I received a received saying that it was just now sent to their warehouse for processing. When I called warehouse inquire about the delay I was told the cut off is at 1:30 PM. This is not visible when placing the order or if it is it is not till after you have committed by entering your credit card. I feel that is a deceptive practice. While asking why my order was not shipped I was then informed that not only did it not go so I would not have it for my customer who paid extra for it but it was not even in stock! If that's the case why did they take my order and charge my card for good they could not deliver. Never will I use this company again and I warn anyone buying from them to be very carefully and read all the info on their site they can find. Tom Rooney PC Medics

We apologize for the situation which occured with your order but the cut off time for each order is displayed prior to checkout. FuturePowerPc do not in any way purposefully try and deceive their customers. Our pledge at FuturePowerPc is to provide our customers only with the best service that they deserve. This should be an interesting case. A product was purchased from this company and every opportunity to get it shipped 2 day air was used. The package was received a week and a half later. All came in one piece, meaning no broken glass or spilled milk, but after placing it in the computer the truth was revealed. A lesser model of the product was placed in its sister box. Ultimately fooling the customer until a more experienced computer person was able to clarify the problem. To my disbelief a short time later the lesser product became worthless due to the fact it did not function. This does not seem to be the actions of a responsible business in any way. Either the folks packaging the items are at fault or the company just thought that the consumer would not feel this mistake was worth pursuing. To this day they have not responded to any of my inquiries. I beg of you please don’t tolerate these types of actions by purchasing the products that they so conveniently price.

Worst experience ever. They sold me an item that wasn't in stock. They shipped it several days late. They shipped it via UPS Ground even though I paid extra for UPS 2-day air. The package was lost somewhere along the way, although I really suspect that it was never shipped (UPS says they never received it). Customer Service strung me along for another week. I asked them to ship a replacement item, and they agreed to ship it out the next day. A couple days later, they call me to tell me that they can't ship the replacement item because they're out of stock! I will NEVER buy through this vendor again. An online nightmare.

Was looking around for a couple of cpu's. One for me and one for dad. Ran accross this sight and they had a good deal on them, so i ordered two. This Was on tuesday, and paid with my credit card. Now it is friday morning and havent heard a word, so I emailed them and told them i was disappointed in the service i was getting and going back to xxxx company I have been buying from. Explained to them in the letter why i wouldnt be buying from them anymore. Was not rude, just told the facts, that it shouldnt take this long to ship to cpu's that were being mailed to my home address. Well at 9 pm my time, i get an email back saying my order had been canceled. No reason why or anything. So I guess this company doesnt want my business at all. Will not try to buy from them again and will go back to company that wants my money know mater how little it is for an order.

First time customer. Ordered DVD-ROM. One thin sheet of bubble wrap was the only shipping protection the drive had.  
The box was obviously banged around. Yes the drive works but the rough handling it received must have shortened its usable life. Will never order from them again. Back to NewEgg.

Initially good service with prompt shipment and good tracking/emails etc. However wrong product shipped...did not match invoice. I ordered a P4 2.4c and received a P4 2.6c instead. When I called CS I got a real person however they wanted to do an exchange which could take up to two weeks (I originally had the order process rapidly @ $2.99 and shipped 3 day UPS)and they expected me to pay the return shipping for the wrong unit. After I became emphatic that they do better they agreed to ship the correct processor next day mail...but they expected me to pay the extra cost and charge it to my card (they same thing I could have done by just ordering it online with next day shipping) also still pay the return shipping for the wrong unit. After I became a bit harsh they relented and agreed to pick up return shipping but then discovered that they were "out of stock" on the P4 2.4c even though their online store listed in "in stock". They acknowledged that this was why they sent me the "better processor" - P4 2.6 vs. what I ordered. I declined to keep the unit they shipped and now am awaiting a call tag for return shipping. BEWARE: This company obviously feels compelled to substitute product as they deem appropriate without notification. They also do not want to do the right thing for the customer when they make a mistake. There are many other online vendors that will work much harder to keep you as a satisfied customer.

Shipped SIMMS ground carrier with no protective  
packing. Had memory errors on POST. Returned parts  
9/16/03 and received at dealer 9/19/03. No credit  
given on parts returned after two weeks and multiple  
calls. Their site said I should have had credit within 5 days of return.

I purchased three COP surveillance cameras from this store. I received e-mails indicating the status of the order as it got readied. It shipped really quickly too. The prices where good too. UPDATE: I had to return one of the cameras due to a malfunction. They kept it for more than a month and returned it to me. The camera still has intermittent problems. A second camera failed. I decided not to send it to them because they are not reliable. I purchased a different camera from another vendor. I would not recommend COP branded cameras due to the failure rate and service options. You must send to vendor for repair. I had originally recommended futurepowerpc.com but no longer recommend them due to lack of customer service.

I placed an order on 4/23 around noon. I never received any email from them.  
 
I checked their web site and on the next afternoon (4/24) there was a note on my order asking me to call to confirm this order. I appreciate the security precautions, but why do they have to wait over 24 hours just to confirm.  
 
When I confirmed I asked when the order would be shipped and was told later that day. When I checked again on the second day after placing my order I saw the notation "to be shipped." Tired of this delay, I called to cancel the order.  
 
This is the second order I placed with them this month and both orders were the same--that is no email confirmation, earliest ship date was two days after placing the order (if then!). This vendor needs to be more responsive to its customers. There is no reason why an order cannot be shipped same or next-day providing the item is in stock.

Reasonable prices but lacking in customer service. I returned a non-functioning DVD burner and after about two weeks I had to call them to find out that they returned the unit to the manufacturer and were waiting for a replacement. I thought it was odd that they didn't simply send me a replacement unit but had to wait for the manufacturer. I finally recieved an email today that a replacement is being shipped (1/27/07) but no other info such as shipping company, tracking info, etc.  
They were a bit rude on the phone and I didn't care for the tone of their return policy.  
I will not do business with them again.

First of all, I have never ordered from this company before. I checked out their reseller rating before I placed the order. I ordered a hot priced digital camera 11/28/05. The camera was "IN STOCK". 1 week passes, no notice, nothing. I emailed. Received a reply about the A520 being on backorder. I found a much better deal, in stock, elsewhere which shipped out the next day. I continued to receive SPAM from futurepowerpc which I opted NOT to receive. Their order process is so 1998, having to create an account to place an order? I created an account which I'll never use. I have a question for the readers of these reviews. Doesn't it seem odd that A LOT of positive comments about this site appear from people with one (1) store rating? I guess these people only shop at FuturePowerPC and they are TOTALY happy with their one vendor.

Shipping and processing time was horrendous, although I 1-dayed the order. Also, when I called to check up on my purchase, the phone operators were a bit rude and really weren't that knowledgable.
