Ordered 2 nec 1300a DVD-r writers, amd 2500, and other stuff, first time i strayed away from newegg, but decent ratings here so i gave them a chance. My order shipped within 24hours, and i got it a day sooner than i expected, I counted on 3 to 4 days but got my stuff in 2!!! I'll be checking them out again.

I ordered 4 video cards from Futurepowerpc.com for a project at a local doctors office. Despite being close to holidays, they shipped the products promptly and they arrived right on time. Packaging was good, website and ordering system was good, no complaints at all.

These guys are AWESOME. Since they are in New York, their is no tax, and they have free shipping on ground orders as well. I ordered from them and EVERYTHING went smoothly. Before the order was sent out, I sent in a customer request to upgrade the shipping, and 2 MINUTES LATER I got a reply that everything was updated and fixed. AWESOME! These guys are the best! Don't hesitate! BTW, I ordered a Radeon 9800 Pro.

price, no problems. The only oddity was that they asked *me* to call *them* to verify my shipping address, as it was different to my billing address. Most retailers who care enough to check this call the credit card company to verify an alternate shipping address. I guess either way it discourages fraud. They also ask for post-sales feedback, which is a really good sign.

I ordered a motherbroad from futurepowerpc online. The price was excellent and the shipping was free. The order process was easy and fast. After completing the order, I received confirmation emails and then another email notifying me that my order has been shipped the same day. Very prompt seller! The item was shipped via UPS ground and it took a week to get to CA, USA. It would be better if futurepowerpc offered another shipping method, but the shipping was free so I can't really complain. The item was packaged ok, just a box and some hard papers not the greatest packaging. The item arrived safely and works great. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience.

I ordered a DVD Burner, they shipped it the same day, got I it the next day. Got e-mail and was able to track it from their site. Burner arrived nicely packaged and in perfect working order. Even received a follow-up e-mail to verify everything was OK.

AWESOME! I ordered a DVD Burner. Received a confirmation email after ordering. Was emailed when shipped and also received tracking number. You can track your status from their website. Product arrived in two days. Packaged well and everything looked great! I would recommend this computer based on my expereince with them.

A bunch of my people are contributing to the pot to build a computer to give a friend as a birthday gift. However, I'm always a crazy risk taker that will jump at anything cheap or with possibly good results and as a result, I jumped on this company's deal of getting the nf2u400 board for 59 shipped!  
 
I was worried by only seeing 2 reviews for the company. I placed the order last night and it shipped today! And because they are so close to my house (1 state away), ground shipping will only take 1 day. I'm posting this before I receive the product but I'm going on a limb and assuming that it will be as good as the service that I have received so far.
