Be AWARE! same company with "drplasma.com" and "drprojector.com". Different prices for the same product on the different web sites. But none of them the real price.  
Shipping posted at $169.99. Order gets in "Confirmation pending". I call, plasma 42" "too big", shipping jumps to $284.00. After 3 days in processing, they would need another 2 days processing - and then shipping 3 to 5 days. Guess not exactly in stock.  
While talking - they updated the prices on the other sites to match the highest one!  
Just too many games, cancelled the order.

I ordered a hitachi 50-in plasma display on june 18th ,it showed up on time as promised and in exellent condition. Customer service was great, I love my plasma display from plasmahouse.

Order Panasonic Plasma TH-50PHD5UY on 06/05/03, receive on 06/13/03. First time when order thru the company, we are not sure that they can deliver, after checking couple time thru Plasmahouse website. The tracking # was never show, got to call and asked for. Surprisingly, they delivered as said. The 48hrs processing is a bit long to consider, otherwise, will buy again. Fairfax, VA

My Sony KE32TS2 32" Plasma TV ordered by 2-day service arrived 3 days after ordering (they told me it takes up to 48 hours to ship). Everyone i spoke with over there was very nice, salesman sas a little short but very knowledgeable. This is my first big purchase online and they made me feel very secure, i apreciate that.

i ordered a panasonic 42 inch plasma tv, the th42pwd5uy at a great price. ordered online on may 7th, received a follow-up call later on that day to "confirm the order", the guy who contacted me was very nice and professional, asked me about my billing, and shipping address and said i would have the tv and my wall mount no later than friday the 16th, he said it takes up to 48 hours to process and ship, and 3-5 days in transit. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked online the following day and was provided my tracking number and the shipping company (ait worldwide), the tv arrived on WEDNESDAY the 14th, wall mount arrived the next day by fedex. overall I was very happy with my purchase and when the bedroom remodeling comes along I know where to go first. This was my first major online purchase. I bought a Sony plasma tv and got a great price. It was delivered on time and in good condition. I would use them again.  

I've been out the home theatre technology loop for about 3 years since my old-reliable Sony acrylic-lens, 60 inch projector died. But the crew at Plasma House did a great job in bring me up to speed and walking me through the technology, steps and other do's and dont's as I finally made the plunge into a 50" Plasma TV, cables and a DVD-RAM Player/Recorder. They delivered the goods just as promised! Thanks, Guys!
