Overall, my experience with Dr. Plasma was very good.  
 
Our very, very old Hitachi big screen died on us (after about ten years) so we decided to buy an HDTV. I have been wanting to for a while, and have been researching for another 'while', and we settled on the Samsung HL-R6168W - retailing for about $4000. Dr. Plasma had it listed for nearly half that price, at about $2200. I immediately came to this site to check of it's reputation and was quite relieved. I bought a stand from them too, the stand to match the TV.  
 
After I purchased the TV (through American Express... just in case) the next day they called to confirm it was me who purchased the item [routine] yet no one was home, so they left a message asking us to call them back so that they can ship everything out. After I did, it seemed that they were more interested in having me get an extended warranty than making sure everything was secure. I was never a strong believer in extended warranties, but by just saying "no" about four or five times (throughout a ten to fifteen minute conversation of getting the papers ready), I was able to bring the price of a three year warranty down from $500 to $150! haha. They also tried to get me to upgrade shipping from curbside to in home - a sixty dollar difference that they said they'd charge me forty five dollars more for - I said "No thank you" and we were off. I got the TV, the stand, three years warranty, and shipping to Los Angeles for under $3200, more than $1000 if I were to just go to Fry's and pick up the TV alone!  
 
Shipping was a little bit of a nuisance as they didn't update the tracking numbers. Instead I got a call from the freight company that my order was in LAX and that I should call back to confirm a time for delivery (no one picked up the phone... again) exactly eight days after the date of purchase; a little more than the 3-5 day plus 1-2 day, but it's fine! I called the freight company (SEKO) when they opened in the morning (I got the message at around 10 PM) (this morning) and they said that they would be able to bring a truck out there from 10-2 today or tomorrow after 2; I scheduled the 10-2 one and ditched school for the day, haha. The two guys that came were nice enough to bring the TV and stand to my door instead of leaving it at the curb.  
 
Transaction complete, and I now have an awesome TV without hurting my wallet too much.  
 
This company is really great, and I'd do business with them in the future, as long as their prices are as low as they were this transaction. I recommend them 100%, and 110% if you like to haggle ;)

I purchased a plasma from Plasma House.com after doing research on other websites. I finally found the one I was looking for, their prices are great! The customer service and the knowledgeable sales staff made buy a plasma experience a great one. Shipping was on time. I will definitely order from them again.

I am having a New Years Eve party and definitely needed a new flat screen. I purchased a Sony KdLv40XBR1 for my apartment living room. I also ordered something crazy, a Sharp LC13B8US for the master bathroom. I think everyone will be impressed. I know I am. I was also impressed with the service and prices of Plasma House.

Great Christmas! I placed my order on 12/20 via 2 day air guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. They had to verify my credit card and that took an extra day. The person in their "verification department" called me requesting that I add the shipping address to my credit card for some security reasons. I initially had a problem with that, but they explained it was necessary due to the amount of fraud committed on the internet. I was shipping this TV to my son for the Holiday and didn't see why I would have to list the address with the credit card. The woman who called me explained that I merely had to list the address as a note on the account and if I did it right now it could still ship out that day. I called my credit card company when I hung up with her and she called me back about a half an hour later. The TV did ship out that day and I ended up getting the TV on 12/23. The freight company AIT called me the night before to schedule the appointment. I was a little taken back and worried when I had the credit card problem, but these guys came through in the end. Good job A+ I'll be purchasing my home theatre system next.

I was given a lot of personal attention from Plasma House during this last transaction. If they treat everyone as well as they treated me, they have to be the number one company for flat screens.

I'm a very happy customer because it only took 7 calendar days (during the holiday season) from the time I picked up the phone to the arrival of my 55” Sony LCD TV at my house in Denver area.  
 
The service was very good and they did make a call to confirm the shipping time. I think the key is to place your order by phone instead of using their website (although there is nothing wrong with their website). This is just to ensure that a person confirms the availability of the item.  
 
Very pleasing, smooth and hassle free transaction. They did not ask me to purchase other items and the price was so far the best on the net. If I had a high-end TV store to open, I would buy a bunch from them. Thank you Abel (ext 221) for taking care of my order.  

I could not be happier with my transaction with Plasmahouse.com. I purchased a Panasonic 50" HDTV Plasma TV. I saved $1,500 (including tax and shipping) over my local stores best deal for the same TV. Abel in sales (in New York) took my order on a Monday and my TV was delivered that same Friday (in L.A. area). I was very, very nervous spending this kind of money over the internet. I ordered a hitachi 50-in plasma display on june 18th ,it showed up on time as promised and in exellent condition. Customer service was great, I love my plasma display from plasmahouse.

My Sony KE32TS2 32" Plasma TV ordered by 2-day service arrived 3 days after ordering (they told me it takes up to 48 hours to ship). Everyone i spoke with over there was very nice, salesman sas a little short but very knowledgeable. This is my first big purchase online and they made me feel very secure, i apreciate that.
