Neobits was very helpful and patient through out the order process. They understand the small business owners issues and are very willing to take an active role in resolving questions or issues that may arise in setting up the system. This is NOT a company that sells you a product and then will not support the product. They spend as much time as you need setting up the system and making sure it works.

We bought a Talkswitch from Neobits. The service and courtesy afforded us was exceptional. And the price... our company is located in the same city (Ottawa, Canada) where Talkswitch is MANUFACTURED!! YET, the best price the manufacturer could give us was $400 ABOVE what Neobits was selling it to us for. And that's with Currency exchange, shipping and Canadian Customs fees factored in.
