I just had my first order with Play-Asia, which was a PS3 game. To my surprise, it took only three days from when I placed my order until when the game was delivered to my home (in Vietnam).  
 
Play-Asia has a very large game list with nice prices (most of their games are cheapest among the online shops I know). If you're buying video games online, they are definitely the number one choice.  
 
If in the rare cases your order isn't coming within the expected time, I'm sure 99% of all times it's the delivery services' fault, not Play-Asia's. If you want you can always choose one of the courier shipping services (I did) - more expensive, but very fast and safe delivery in return.  
 
They also have excellent customer support service - fast and simple but easy to understand responses.  
 
Without a doubt, I'll continue purchasing games from Play-Asia whenever I have a chance in the future.

I reached a small milestone with PA and thought that this was the perfect opportunity to write a review for them. It is now almost a year since I started shopping with them and just finished placing my 136th order with them. I have been very skeptical to purchase from online stores, but shopping with play asia has been a breeze. All my orders have been processed smoothly and I have never had a problem with pre-orders or the postal service. Even if there was a problem, their support has been more than helpful in resolving any concerns.  
Play asia might not be the cheapest for all products but as I compared with other sites, they are cheapest for most of the products they have on their catalog and the $5 discount coupons are also the best.  
 
I first visited their site for games, but now I practically purchase everything on their catalog.

Only one word, great.  
I ordered 3 music CD's from them.  
One CD stated that it was ready to ship in 24 hours.  
While the other 2 was due to ship in about 5-15 Days.  
 
To my surprise, it only took them 5 days to ship it. Which is true to the date that they stated on the product information.  
 
When the product arrived, it was nicely packed and organized.  
 
I will be happy to do business with play-asia again!

* Product as per description.  
* Shipping duration lesser than the estimated time (stated). Good for me.  
 
My product arrived within 5 Days of 'Order Shipped' updation. I ordered via AIR MAIL. My order was shipped well within the preparation time, but would still recommend that the time taken for the same should have been less.  
 
Would be dealing again with play-asia soon. Good job.

Play-Asia is the best place to purchased Video Games, with really low prices and great titles in all hot consoles. this time purchase a Translator to Jap (the best in the market) and some items to protect DS lite. If you live in Mexico this the option.

Excelente loja... tudo o que eu pedi eu fui atendido(inclusive p/ declarar um valor menor p/ evitar a taxação na receita... hehehe). Demorou uns vinte dias o que é bem normal p/ compras internacionais... enfim, quem tem um ps3 e quer jogos baratos, este é o lugar... abs...

All i have to say is that play-asia.com is a great store. I ordered tons of different items with them of varying prices. I read a couple of reviews saying that it's a bad store and it's a scam, it's NOT. The fact is that some of the people have not received their items in a long time could be for many other reasons such as a) the country they live in b) thieves at the post office (don't think it doesn't happen) c) it's a small game package and got badly lost in the shipping container because of the retards working there. I generally use the expensive shipping methods because the products i buy are expensive already so why be a cheapo?... when it says the shipment will arrive in 1-2 or 3-4 days then it always did for me (i guess they might be prioritizing the expensive and big orders first).  
 
Overall this is a great store 5 stars!

Of all online stores that i can find, play-asia is the most preferrable site to purchase items. The services are great and the parcel is delivered on time as indicated. My figures and figma are always in good conditions when i received them.

I bought two games so far at play-asia.  
 
The first one was red faction, and was received in about three weeks, which is quite fair (I'm in France).  
The second one was a bit delayed... Four weeks after receiving the shipping confirmation, I began to be a bit worried, and thought I would never receive my game.  
 
I sent an e-mail to the customer support at play-asia, and I received an answer in about an hour ! Although my game was impossible to track (economy air buble enveloppe), and as the game ordered wasn't available anymore, they proposed total refunding !  
 
One day later, I received my so long-awaited game: it was delayed due to the french post sending it to belgium (!!) before getting it back to france, and finally delivering it to me. I notified play-asia that refunding wasn't necesseray anymore.  
 
I will undoubtedly order my future games at play-asia whenever it's possible. The prices are fairly interesting, the games versions are conveniently labeled (PAL, NTSC-U/J, Region free, etc) and the customer support is really efficient.  
 
Five stars play-asia, keep up the good work.

Finally got Uncharted 2 today! Other than the good service and safe packaging the only thing that I would like to be improved is the delivery time. It took 11 days...Considering the fact that I'm in Singapore it should be quicker! :)

i spend a lot hahha... this is very responsible online store and co-operative. they send me again for my some broken stuff, but the bad news it's when play-asia resend the item it's broken again when it reach me.. so sad, and dunno wanna say >_<  
can't blame them, may be the item can't survive for a long shipping to my country, i can understand when i see why the item broken, it's too sensitif, very sad here.. but i'm very salute of play-asia responsible, they send me again the item but.. it's all broken, >_< maybe i pick a wrong item to buy haahahah...  
i'm very recommended this store to all off u, u can trust them, but.. please if you choose an sensitive item to purchase,delivered it via fed ex or something there..(for me that's expensive way)hahahha..

I ordered A PSP KillZone Game and i am from Palestine and received it on time no delays what so ever and they respond quickly to my questions and and definitely i am going to make business with them again

Only order 3 items from them but i have a really good impression of this online store. They offer free shipping, good discounts and many good items. And Play-asia protect the goods very carefully.  
The only thing is that i mainly shop for anime-related items like figures, tapestry or cushion cover but they only sell figures and some minor items.  
Also i cant be sure about their figures availability. For example, i have waited for a Clannad figure which will be released in September and hope i will get a free shipping from this store, but when other stores like 1999 or HLJ get it, this store cancel selling the figure. I understand the difficulty they may face in stocking the product, but it still scares me. I dont want to miss a good figure over again.  
However, that's just my minor circumstance. Overall Play-asia is a very good place for buying goods online.

Play-Asia is hands down the best online gamestore in the world. They have all the new games and a great variety of oldies. the prrices are always more than fair, to the point that almost always is cheaper for me to order a newly released game from them, than to buy it from a retailer in my country(Mexico). They constantly have great offers, seriously I can't believe that they sometimes have xbox 360 games for as low as 20 usd. Their customer service is second to none, as whenever I send them an email with a question, it takes them no more than 24 hrs to respond, Once they didnt have the specific version of a game I ordered, so they sent a similar version (a bit more expensive than what I paid for). I truly am amazed that they havent achieved an straught 10 from reviewers, because for me the experience of buying with them has been 100% satisfactory.
