Order shipped Monday after a Sunday online order. Prompt e-mail notification and peompt delivery. Even a small pack of M&Ms with the order. I won't order anywhere else from now on. (Great price too on Panasonic professional mini DV tape.

Although tapesource.com may not always have the lowest price, they are still pretty darn good. To me, it is worth the few extra pennies for the reliable and trustworthy services I've always gotten.

Always fine service and the only thing that could slow the shipment was snow. I always trust Taperesources when I need Tape.

After ordering twice from Tape Resources I can say that my company is sticking with them for all of our tape needs. The service is extremely fast and each time the customer service has been wonderful. Plus great prices on all their stock!

I have been a dedicated customer off Tape Resources for over Five years. I find the price asked for the quality of product offered is excellent. However, it is not price that keeps me a Tape Resources customer. The level of Customer Service, selection of quality merchandise, personal attention to detail and the added touches that make me feel as though I actually do matter as one of their customers. Added to the fact that they have never mishandeled any order and their shipping is amazingly rapid, and the occasional added incentive, is what keeps me returning year after year. Great experience! I ordered 30 Sony MiniDV tapes within 10 cents of the best price I could find and went with Tape Resources because of their reputation. I got the tapes within two days, well-packed, and exactly what I ordered.
