I have been a dedicated customer off Tape Resources for over Five years. I find the price asked for the quality of product offered is excellent. However, it is not price that keeps me a Tape Resources customer. The level of Customer Service, selection of quality merchandise, personal attention to detail and the added touches that make me feel as though I actually do matter as one of their customers. Added to the fact that they have never mishandeled any order and their shipping is amazingly rapid, and the occasional added incentive, is what keeps me returning year after year. And I love the M&M's!! Great experience! I ordered 30 Sony MiniDV tapes within 10 cents of the best price I could find and went with Tape Resources because of their reputation. I got the tapes within two days, well-packed, and exactly what I ordered.
