I thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. As I was under some time presure, they went beyond the call of duty to supply me with the item I bought and I received it with time to spare. Their communication and follow-up was great! Thanks!

Good prices, very personalized sevice and quick shipping. Received my order 2 days after I ordered it. After receiving my order, I had a question which forced me to email customer service. The response was quick and concise.

They waited 7 business days to ship it after sending an email that my "order has now gone to the warehouse for shipping...." When I emailed them on day 3 I was told it would ship on day 4. On day 6 I asked them to upgrade shipping to 2-day and then it was shipped out on day 7.  
 
Then, when I received my order, the items were clearly used and/or returns as the packaging had been opened (one of them appeared to have been opened several times) and the products inside handled (scratches and fingerprints all over).  
 
Finally, the merchandise is improperly stored - there was evidence of prolonged sun exposure and moisture accumulation.

Great transaction. Shipping was slightly delayed, but item exactly as ordered.

I received my new toy (Neuros 20GB Mp3 player)yesterday and i am very pleased with it and Keith has been very helpful with any questions i have had.....thankyou....definately earned a rating of 10

Ordered Neuros 20 GB player on March 8, received the player on the 15th. It was well packed and in excellent condition. During the order I was updated via email of the status of the order and was giving tracking number when it was shipped. Excellent customer service and a great product. Will buy from again.

The personal service that i recieved was above and beyond not only what i expected, but what is typical of electronics resellers on the internet today. Kieth spoke to me and answered all my questions before i was even a customer and then kept me updated with all of the details after i placed an order. i have to say on a scale of 1 to 10 this guy deserves an 11! Thanks so much for the wonderful, effortless transaction; i only wish all were this easy.
