I am delighted with the company and service. Product was impeccable. I received my shipment yesterday (July 27th). It took a few days for them to get the product from Sony but shipping was very fast and cheaper than buying from US firms. On-line tracking was available through their web-site.  
Got two blank cd disks as well (not sure why). I chose to do business with audiocubes.com because of its presence on headfi.org and am glad that I did. I'll do business with them again.

This was my third time ordering from these guys. They have a quick turn around and great service. The web site is easy to use and they have great products. Thank you Audio Cubes.

ResellerRatings doesn't seem to be trhe place to review the product itself, so I'll limit myself to saying that I am very happy with the product I received (Pioneer SE-DIR800C). The ordering process was painless, and the product shipped the next day. Despite the fasct that it had to make it to the Southwestern US from Japan, my order was here in only four business days, ata cost of about $25, which I find extremely impressive. I'd definitely recommend Audiocubes to anyone looking for audio gear they can't find here in the States.

I've ordered a Sharp Zaurus, which would get shipped between 4-7 days. One day later the shipping dates on the site were changed to 7-12 days. After 10 days I decided to send a mail concerning the delivery. The next day I received a polite reply that due to massive interest, a small delay has occured and the promise that it would be shipped two days later, which it did. I received it one week later (due to a delay at the customs) nice and tightly packed.

I recently bought a PDA from here, everything shipped on time, and in good condition. It took about a week to ship, but this was expected, and noted on their page. Once it shipped it arrived (from japan) in only 3 days, not bad!  
 
I recieved updates via email about my order throughout the process. I am pretty happy with the service, and the one time I had a question it was answered very quickly.

I am very pleased with this company. They have a great selection of products, great website, and great hard to get Japanese audio products which are of awesome quality. They processed my order and shipped from Japan the next day. I got my stuff in four days. No problems, no hassles, great service. Thanks Audiocubes, I'll definitely order again.

I did reccomend them to my friends because you can trust in the service.And this is very important,maybe the most important.

Placed order on May 10th. Received no communication from the company on order status. Today -- May 21st -- discovered that the product shipped from Japan on May 19th. Why the 9 day delay on shipment? Why wasn't I informed of the delay? E-mail inquiries were ignored. I would not rate this merchant as either reliable or communicative. I still don't know if or when the product will arrive.

audiocubes is now one of my favorite online resellers. they are the best place to get japenese electronic goods. i ordered the sony d66 eggos, the order was processed the same day, it arrived to new york, usa from japan in 4 days! that is better then most domestic shipping ive had expirience with.  
 
overall, audiocubes is a great store and easy to work with. although i didnt need it, ive heard their customer service is very good too.

Ordered some Audio Techincas. Processing took 7 days when I payed by Credit Card. I don't know what happened but it looks like other orders get processed in 1 day. Shipping is very fast though. I would buy from them again only if I plan on ordering "early" because of the processing. Other than that, great reseller, sells quality products. Customer service is great.

Ordered Sony Eggo headphones, it shipped next day. Their warehouse is based in Japan, so shipping was kind of expensive, but it did arrive in 4 days, which was pretty quick considering I live in Connecticut! Great prices too, was a lot cheaper then other places I found the same headphones.

They are very helpful with your order, and provide a tracking number right when they ship it.  
 
Their website is very high quality, it is easy to find what you want and is very deatiled.  
 
They use EMS Speedpost via Air to get your unit to the USA if the unit is coming from Japan and then the unit is delivered as USPS Express Mail inside USA. This method of shipping is VERY fast, i placed my order very late at night on the 26th and my order arrived before 11am on the 31st.  
 
I have no complaints at all about them and will probably buy many things from them in the future.
