Good e-shop. Everything is perfect but delivery. It should be a little faster

I am VERY happy with Audio Cubes and the headphones I bought from them! The price was good and the service was outstanding. Shipping was very fast--THREE days from Osaka, Japan to me in NY state, USA.  
I will happily do business with them again.  

I ordered the Buffalo USB Silent Mouse from Audiocubes. I decided I would try Buffalo because Thanko's Silent Mouse got less than flattering reviews. There are not many silent mouses available on the market. I found Buffalo's USB Silent Mouse through Audiocubes and even though I had never heard of the company, I thought I would give them a try. I got an e-mail confirmation of the purchase and progress reports of the shipment very promptly. I was impressed how quickly I received my order considering I live in Philadelphia, PA. USA. and Audiocubes shipped from Osaka, Japan. I received my order in about 1 week from the date I placed my order. The product arrived safe and they even gave me a company sticker. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely buy from them again in the future. I would recommend their services to anybody who was looking to deal with a trustworthy company. Thanks Audiocubes! And I would recommend the Buffalo USB Silent Mouse to anyone looking to cut down on the clicking noise.

I ordered the popular Sharp HP-MD33S in-ear monitors and they arrived in about 4 days, from Japan to New York. Amazing speed, no problems whatsoever.

I needed a audio cable adaptor for my Sony D-777 CD player. After an exhaustive search both locally and the by internet I found it at Audio Cubes. Much to suprise, they had this and some other hard to find items listed.  
I was very pleasantly suprised at how fast the adaptor arrived. I will be ordering from Audio Cube again...A very positive experince.

AWESOME! The delivery was absolutely lightning quick to the UK, even though the item was only ordered on Christmas Eve. The online tracking for the courier wasn't particularly helpful, but the delivery was so rapid that this didn't matter in the slightest anyway. The package was in perfect condition when it arrived as well and hadn't been tampered with in any way (to be honest, if it had, this would have ben customs doing rather than the retailer). I ordered my last top-of-the-range Sony headphones from Audio Cubes as well and I'd had such a good experience then that it was a no-brainer to go back. They carry lines that either cost a fortune elsewhere or just can't be found at all. UK retailers would have been much slower and also oddly more expensive too. Fantastic!  
 
And as for the headphones - a friend of mine heard them and she's after a pair now too. I'm sorely tempted not to bother as I quite like the exclusivity!

The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The processing time prior to shipping was a bit long. Once the item was shipped it arrived quickly, especially considering it's trip from Japan to the eastern U.S. Questions I had about the order process were answered quickly.  
 
They charged by credit immediately when I placed the order, days before the product was shipped. I cannot give a rating of greater than "Somewhat Satisfied" for this reason.  
 
The product itself arrived in good condition. The product packaging was damaged, but luckily the product itself was not.  
 
I am pleased with the value and performance of the product.

I am really happy with the product as well as AudioCubes. I got my PSP in perfect condition in less than 9 days after order. They immediately replied to mail and updated order status regularly.  
 
The PSP had no dead pixels or anything incorrect, everything was in box. Item was not held in customs due to smart common sense packaging by AudioCubes.  
 
Very impressed. Will definitely buy again and recommend to everyone.

Ordered headphones on Sunday 8/20/06 received them on Monday 8/28/06. Item was packaged very good. I will order from Audio Cubes again.

Here is my non-biased review.  
After reading about AC from several review sites and discovering that AC's staff consist only of 7 people, I was very hesitant in making the purchase. Of the reviews, most were positive, so I went ahead and ordered from AC.  
I ordered a PSP value pack ceramic white (07/21/06). Locating the item on their website was quite easy. The entire "shopping cart" procedure was also simple. Billing was precise, and included all costs. Shipping options were quite limited, and for an order sent to California USA, there was only one option. After the final step, a conformation e-mail was sent out. However, the page that I usually print out to keep for the records did not indicate an e-mail would be sent out. I merely checked my e-mail to find a confirmation letter. [Suggestion to AC: indicate that a confirmation letter has been sent.]  
My order was under the status of "pending" for a total of 12hours, before AC changed the status to "processing". The status remained for about 5 days, so I sent them an e-mail to see if there was a problem with my order. About 48 hours later, I receive an e-mail. There was a problem. AC was out of stock for this item. I am disappointed with AC for not sending me a warning that the item was out of stock before my e-mail. [Suggestion to AC: notify the customer that their item is out of stock, or list quantities on the website.]  
After another week, when they received shipment from Sony, they sent my order out on 08/05/06 (Total wait time - 14 business days). When AC eventually shipped my package, it was quick and effective. I therefore highly recommend the EMS: USPS option (shipped my PSP for $14). I received the package on 08/07/06. It seems customs tampered with my package, so the PSP box did not look to be factory sealed. Or this could be AC's doing, to verify items and or for dead pixels. I'm happy to say, there were no dead pixels, and the item has exceeded my expectations. Finally, I discovered an AC sticker included with the offer.  
All in all, this is a highly recommended vendor.

The product I ordered ("Sony NW-HD1 USB Cable") is NOT what it makes out it is.  
 
It is simply a VERY overpriced standard USB cable. I ALREADY HAVE ABOUT SIX!!  
 
It does NOT allow the Sony NW-HD1 to be used without the cradle, although there is a review for the product which states:  
"it is gray in color and about 3 feet long, and u can use it to charge the mp3 player also."  
It's actually black, and you can't use it to charge the device in question. You can't do anything with it, unless you have the cradle. I already have the cradle, but I don't want to have to carry it back & forth all the time.  
 
I put explicit instructions on the order for it to be cancelled if the cable wasn't what I wanted, and they were ignored.  
 
In the end I've paid £15 for a short, black USB cable which doesn't even say Sony on it.

Excellent shipping! High quality products, couldn't be happier with my first real cans the Audio-Technica ATH-A500! My friend got the Medusa 5.1 headset and he's still deaf! I have to hand it to ATH for making these beautiful cans. And I can only imagine what the A900s sound like, maybe next year :) And I will definitely order thru Audio Cubes!
