I ordered JVC dolby headphone adapter from audiocubes. Despite the website says that they're ready to ship within 1-3 days, they actually shipped after 7 days passed. I had to write an email to them asking why they hadn't shipped after 3 days. They took 2 days to reply my email and said they would forward my order to the operation manager to speed up. And that took a few more days until they shipped.  
 
Be forewarned. Their price and shipping are among the best deal online but don't expect them to keep their promise. Customer support is very poor.

Audio Cubes Ripped me off, they took forever to send the item. I had Acidentialy given them my CC number when they finally got this item in stock they decided to charge my CC and then refuse to give me a refund. Total Scam!!!

The product I ordered ("Sony NW-HD1 USB Cable") is NOT what it makes out it is.  
 
It is simply a VERY overpriced standard USB cable. I ALREADY HAVE ABOUT SIX!!  
 
It does NOT allow the Sony NW-HD1 to be used without the cradle, although there is a review for the product which states:  
"it is gray in color and about 3 feet long, and u can use it to charge the mp3 player also."  
It's actually black, and you can't use it to charge the device in question. You can't do anything with it, unless you have the cradle. I already have the cradle, but I don't want to have to carry it back & forth all the time.  
 
I put explicit instructions on the order for it to be cancelled if the cable wasn't what I wanted, and they were ignored.  
 
In the end I've paid £15 for a short, black USB cable which doesn't even say Sony on it.

I purchased the sony dsc-h1 digital camera from this site with my credit card. The price was $399 no tax and $9 shippping. Pretty good. I placed the order on  
September 14. "USUALLY SHIPS 3-5 DAYS". I had hoped to get my camera on or a little after the 22nd because that was my birthday. Unfortunatly, that didn't happen. I had email'd them, they appologized, and said they would foward this to the opperations manager to speed things up. Today is September 30. I had got a message stating it is leaving October 1st. I've checked the site recently and also noticed the same camera had gone up $100 ($499). I've read lots of good reviews on audiocubes.com some saying "the site is easy to navigate through" or the "quality of products match the great prices" which are all very true. When it comes to expecting delivery times, my opinion, don't count on it. Maby if there was a little more communication, better response time, I probably wouldn't be so bitter. At least it was a good price. Hopefully when the camera does get here, its all in one piece, or I'll be writing another review on here. d(0-0*)b  
 
*UPDATE* OCT. 22,2005  
So after many forum posts and replies, I found out that my camera is only in JAPANESE! Audiocubes website says  
 
"Are products carried by Audio Cubes Japanese models? Will I be able to operate them?"  
 
All of the products we carried are Japanese domestic models unless stated otherwise. While some of our products such as headphones and earphones are fairly intuitive (plug and play) to use, all of our Japanese electronic products operate through English interface (some with English operation manuals). We do not sell products that our customers cannot use (operation will not involve any knowledge of Japanese).  
 
Well, I guess I'm going to have to translate the menu on my camera on my own because audiocubes just said  
 
"I am sorry that all our manuals are in Japanese,  
 
however, you may try asking the question in our Discussion Forum;  
http://www.minidisct.com/forum/index.php, and someone may give you  
some  
advice.  
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience."  
 
So, unless you know Japanese, don't buy a digital camera from here.

A PURE AND UDDER RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!  
 
I recieved half my order, and after days of waiting for a response from their "customer support" I am totally pissed off with audio cubes.  
 
They only shorted me $79.00 USD, not bad money at all, maybe I will go into the internet electronics business.  
 
I am forwarding this information to every business rating communties world wide.

ok i ordered the item 6 days ago, 3-7 day shipping, on my sony psp 1000, didnt ship out untill today, and now there telling me 5 more days of processing than i will probably get it in 12 days from now, im very upset, this is unexeceptable, it will total 16 days, they should call it 16 day shipping if they are going to do that, i continually have to email them because they are short, and unclear with me, i am dissapointed that i wont be getting my psp for 2 more weeks, very unprofessional.

Placed order on May 10th. Received no communication from the company on order status. Today -- May 21st -- discovered that the product shipped from Japan on May 19th. Why the 9 day delay on shipment? Why wasn't I informed of the delay? E-mail inquiries were ignored. I would not rate this merchant as either reliable or communicative. I still don't know if or when the product will arrive.

I ordered on Friday the 10th of July. It's now the following Friday (17th). My order is still processing, and I've yet to get a response from email support and a voice mail I left on phone support. I'm just curious if there's a problem, or why it hasn't shipped yet.  
 
After reading reviews I'm not too worried about not receiving my headphones (Audio Technica ATH-SQ5). They seem to usually deliver, just after an extended processing time.  
 
Customer support is extremely slow, if existent at all (3 days pending and no email/phone reply).

It is a shame that AudioCubes fail to commit to there promisses. I made this order and up to now I did not recieve it , or even better it is not shipped yet. I send them a mail last week thurs day and they prommised it will be shipped on Friday or the latest monday. I just wonder why they do not send a simple mail where they clarify this delay. Conclusion the text Express Mail: 4-7 Day Delivery (US 4-7 Day, World 4-10 Day delivery.) shpould be removed from there site if they do not commit to it.

Excellent prices, horrible customer service. Ordered a white PSP on Oct 1, recieved it the 14th. My credit card was billed almost immediately, but was held in 'processing' for 10 days. Site claims 'Ships in 1-3 days'. Only until I e-mailed did they decide to ship. Site claims emails answered in 24-48 hours, but recieved reply only in 96 hours. Would not deal with again.

The product adapter (the wire which connects to my iPod) does not fit the earpiece part so it is useless because of the extremely short length. Also everything is written in Japanese and therefore not readable to me in the USA. Please help me. wintory@galesburg.net

The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The processing time prior to shipping was a bit long. Once the item was shipped it arrived quickly, especially considering it's trip from Japan to the eastern U.S. Questions I had about the order process were answered quickly.  
 
They charged by credit immediately when I placed the order, days before the product was shipped. I cannot give a rating of greater than "Somewhat Satisfied" for this reason.  
 
The product itself arrived in good condition. The product packaging was damaged, but luckily the product itself was not.  
 
I am pleased with the value and performance of the product.

Here is my non-biased review.  
After reading about AC from several review sites and discovering that AC's staff consist only of 7 people, I was very hesitant in making the purchase. Of the reviews, most were positive, so I went ahead and ordered from AC.  
I ordered a PSP value pack ceramic white (07/21/06). Locating the item on their website was quite easy. The entire "shopping cart" procedure was also simple. Billing was precise, and included all costs. Shipping options were quite limited, and for an order sent to California USA, there was only one option. After the final step, a conformation e-mail was sent out. However, the page that I usually print out to keep for the records did not indicate an e-mail would be sent out. I merely checked my e-mail to find a confirmation letter. [Suggestion to AC: indicate that a confirmation letter has been sent.]  
My order was under the status of "pending" for a total of 12hours, before AC changed the status to "processing". The status remained for about 5 days, so I sent them an e-mail to see if there was a problem with my order. About 48 hours later, I receive an e-mail. There was a problem. AC was out of stock for this item. I am disappointed with AC for not sending me a warning that the item was out of stock before my e-mail. [Suggestion to AC: notify the customer that their item is out of stock, or list quantities on the website.]  
After another week, when they received shipment from Sony, they sent my order out on 08/05/06 (Total wait time - 14 business days). When AC eventually shipped my package, it was quick and effective. I therefore highly recommend the EMS: USPS option (shipped my PSP for $14). I received the package on 08/07/06. It seems customs tampered with my package, so the PSP box did not look to be factory sealed. Or this could be AC's doing, to verify items and or for dead pixels. I'm happy to say, there were no dead pixels, and the item has exceeded my expectations. Finally, I discovered an AC sticker included with the offer.  
All in all, this is a highly recommended vendor.
