Their price was competitive. The speed of delivery was excellent: under 24 hours from order to delivery. They performed exactly as they promised. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Excellent! Product arrived as described in two days. No hidden costs or hassles. Product was exactly as described on the web site and the whole process was exactly as it should be.

Jake was great to deal with. The monitor I wanted wasn't in stock (it's a new model) but the price was so good I decided to wait. Jake answered all my questions quickly and politely. When the monitor shipped it was packaged very well. Jake didn't just slap a shipping sticker on the monitor box, he actually packed it in a bigger box for safer shipping! The shipping price was excellent as well; some companies expected over $100 for ground shipping on the same monitor while Shark Systems only charged $14 for ground, or $24 for air shipping! I'll gladly shop at Shark Systems again.

Purchased over $400 worth of equipment that was not available anywhere else. Quick shipping, no hassle, arrived sealed brand new and works fine. No problems whatsoever. Thanks!

helpful service suggestions and speedy delivery, I'm impressed!

Although I changed my order (in effect, sending back the shipped package, and making a new one), the customer service on the phone was helpful and not as rude as I expected. Most companies now would be unappreciative of the return business and try to shoo me off the phone for such a thing, but I was assisted here, and in a very successful manner! I had my new orders made up an hour later, and my old hard drive shipped back for free since I was able to contact the company before it arrived at my house.  
 
Would love to do more business with you, and I likely will. But I would love to be able to simply drive out and pickup my order at a lower cost. That would be great for us local people.

Excellent service, item was receive within 4 days (to quebec city). I ordered a Zalman CNPS7700-ALCU for a great price, item arrived in a box protect and safe. Would buy again, the fastest delivery i've seen. It was a pleasure to make business with them.

Found a very hard to find waterproof digital camcorder at sharksystems and had it delivered very quickly to my home in Canada. Went online and purchased, but did not pay by credit card until I actually got to speak to Jake via email. He hooked up the shipping directly with me (i needed expedited) and also double checked that I was getting the right SD card for the camera.  
 
I was impressed that Jake was able to email with me rather than just getting an automated response. He usually gets back to me quite quickly.  
 
Once the cam arrived, it was the right one and Jake was very gracious in looking into what I thought was a missing part. In the end I would buy again from these guys for sure.

I bought a BenQ SP830 from SS. The transaction has no problem, just a few more days to ship from Canada. It was expected.  
 
The price was surprisingly low. The BenQ performs better than expected.  
 
So, I ordered the second one next day. (I need two. but, just being cautious, I ordered one the first time). The second one was $13.00 more (foreign currency exchange rate change?). Compare to the total price, this is 1% increase.  

Shark Systems had a hard to find monitor we ordered several times, shipping was fast. very satisfied.  

It's a good company , I receive the parcel in Italy after 15 days . The material received it was perfect like the order . I suggest the other person to buy from this company . Sharksys is one of a few company that I find that sell electronic equipment outside of U.S. from Internet online shop . Alex

I'd do business with this company again--everything worked so smoothly. I received updates on the shipping and when I'd recieve it...Just as good as FedEx delivery!

Very quick service and price matched manufacturer's lower price no problem. Shipped quickly, and product arrived safely and on-time. Very satisfied with the product and customer service of Shark Systems! Would shop there again.  
 
The only concern is that unfortunately they did not ship via Purolator as requested and instead used UPS, who left the box on the doorstep (this part is not the fault of Shark Systems).

Communication was a bit slow to say that the order had shipped and the website searches left something to be desired, but when all was said and done the bottom line was that I received my order in the mail quicker than from any other online retailer, it was well-packaged, exactly what I ordered, and it was an excellent price. I would shop at Shark Systems again.
