This product worked great! I now have a DTV Tivo I can really use. UPS Lost my CD, but PTVupgrade let me download the software when I inquired about my shipment. This kind of thing happens, however it is how the store fixes it that matters.

Great product, straight-forward to install, does what it says. It was delivered UPS ground to CA in 4 business days - faster than I expected. Online ordering was easy, lots of product info available on the web site. I am already preferring the browser interface to the regular TV interface of my upgraded Tivo, and of course the 235-hour capacity is a huge improvement over my its original 35 (great for recording ALL those World Cup Soccer games). After some basic setup on my home network's router, and the setup of a user/password on my Tivo, I can now manage my Tivo "live" wherever I have internet access - awesome! Will definitely recommend the product and company.

First order with this company and very pleased with their patience and explanations. I haven't received the product yet, so I will update this review later on. UPDATE: Received the order within a couple of days and the software worked as stated. Upgraded to a much larger hard drive in the TiVo without any problems.

Aftre receiving product, it failed again.It was so difficult to communicate with them that I took a loss and went to another site to purchase a new unit. If you have a problem you are out of luck with this crew.Product failed four times. At first they were helpful but incompetant now unhelpful and incompetant. They changed name to DVRUPGRADE fron PTVupgrade.
