***BEWARE OF THIS SELLER*** Ordered DVD Burner on 13JUN08. Received item a couple of days later that was insufficiently packaged and was broken. Seller e-mailed me a RMA form that was really long. Contacted FEDEX and had broken item returned. Waited 12 days and sent this email -
"Could you please forward the status of this RMA please. TX"

What do you mean 30 days? You guys didn't pack it right and it got crushed by FEDEX. If you've even looked at the DVD player I'd say the problem is pretty much in your face. I paid $40.98 for a DVD Burner that works. I did not pay $40.98 to maybe get a functioning DVD player in 2 months. I don't know what your scheme there is but let me propose a different solution - send me a functioning DVD player of the same type I purchased or return my money - today.
After seeing the other reviews of GEARXS.com my hopes are not high but I am going to complain to the Illinois State Attorney General FEDEX, and the Better Business Bureau.
***Update*** 5 days since last email to GEARXS.Com - still no reply.
