Ordered an Intel mainboard to replace a screwed up order from Ascendtech(which cost me $25.00 for absolutely nothing, except a 3 to 4 week hassle), Fast shipping, great price, works fine. I've been ordering products from GearXS for over 2 years, I have had a couple of problems, which were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I do pick and choose on products that I order. They deal with recertified, open box items, and such, of which I had made a few purchases. After reading some of the reviews here, I feel as though I'm reading about some other company. They have always been great to deal with.

I orderd a samsung notebook from this place. awesome respond time they shiped it fast! Computer is just what I was looking for... a cheap fast notebook. I have told my friends of this website and I plan on usein them again!

Ordered a cheap computer case for a build I was putting together. I had ordered smaller items (modems, mice) from them before and chose to order here due to a free shipping special, but was mildly concerned due to some of the reviews here. Happy to say, the case arrived in excellent condition. Gearxs had packaged the manufacturers case box in a larger box for shipping, something which not enough companies do to prevent damage. Would definitely order here again.

Ordered logitech headset from them for very cheap. OEM (as advertised) in unmarked box and parts in ziplock bag.  
 
Price was good, shipping was fine, no complaints.

Picked up a new in box socket 754 motherboard that is working like a charm. It was shipped quick & got here fast

I enjoyed my shopping experience with GearXS very much. I got a box of stuff for $30 most of which would normally be $30 each.  
 
BUT I believe this vendor deals in culls or seconds. Every item I received is .. a little broken. Usable, but not in perfect shape. Buy at your own risk.  
 
I will buy from this vendor again, but I will be more careful about what kind of business I choose to send their way.

I was concerned about this store after reading some of the reviews here. But I decided to take a chance because they had the best price on some motherboards I needed AND they had them in stock. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order just three days later. The motherboards are exactly what I ordered and they work just fine. What else can you ask for?

Ordered 2 sticks of memory from this company. The memory came in a large box with NO padding. Memory was free floating in box outside of its static protected bag. One stick of the memory was unstable. They have not responded to my RMA request and a General Request to their service department and have not returned a phone call. Avoid!!!!!!

Update is They did ship a replacement.Just seemed to be a lack of communication.  
Apparently others were right about Customer service not being good. I have ordered many times and shipping was fast, prices were good allthough return times are useually 6 days. Then I had a Modem that started out workingfor a day or two then started going downhill. I didn't notice for a while that the Invoice said 30 days return but had time to obtain an RMA. Shipped it back and got a confirmation.(RMA ITEM RECEIVED

Ordered a Gigabyte 7VT600P-RZ motherboard. Received the item sooner than expected, and even though the shipping was free, I received it on a saturday, and not just any saturday, but a holiday weekend (Memorial day)!  
 
I am extremely satisfied with the transaction and plan to do business with them again.  

Ordered p4 motherboard. Good price. Received in 3 business days with regular shipping. Item works perfectly. I have always had good luck with this vendor; no problems whatsoever.

We have made several purchases through GearXS with only one minor problem, which was resolved immediately while on the phone. Very pleased with the product pricing, shipping time and customer service. Product packing prior to shipping leaves a little to be desired. Purchasers should ensure they read all item components before purchase and understand the shipping process (DHL to USPS) and that would alleviate a lot of frustration.  
 
Overall we have been very pleased with this company and will definitely continue to do business with in the future.

I ordered a Xircom PCMCIA wired ethernet adapter. The website said it was "new". I recieved it a few days later in a padded envelope, completely bare, as if it was removed from a computer and thrown in the envelope. It appears to be new with the exception of a *tiny* little scuff here and there. It works fine. These may be pulls from new laptops. But the price ($14.00+free shipping) absolutely cannot be beat.
