Ordered 2 Logitech Harmony Refurbished Remotes. One worked, the other didn't. I tried...for too long...to trouble shoot it. Didn't want to send it back. But after determining that it was definitely DOA. I requested an RMA. "sorry. you're past 30 days". I can't send this thing to Logitech. Only they can do that. Called to try to get them to take it back. told "you're stuck with it". Awesome. Thanks guys. You'll never get another dollar from me.

The DiNovo Edge Keyboard they sent me was disfunctional. GearXS later acknowledged that. I sent it back and asked for a refund. They sent me another package. I refused delivery. I am still waiting for a refund. GearXS is a bunch of thieves. Doing business with them is like falling in a tar pit.

Ordered 2 high-end Logitech Dinovo Edge keyboards from an Ebay ad. What arrived was (a) broken, and (b) had no drivers, documentation, nor Logitech's 3-year warranty. The identifiers on the boxes had been cut off and the serial #s obliterated on the keyboards. One keyboard was shiny -- but broken -- and the other was a dull finish and the non-replaceable Li-ion batteries were too old.

I instantly called them on their "100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" and started to get the runaround. They claim the word "refurbished" appears in the 3600-word Ebay ad, and I did find it exactly once -- on page 5 of a 20-page printout. But the items were not identified as used in the Ebay header, nor on the boxes, nor on my Paypal bills. And to me, "recertified" means there is actual certification of an inspection process. These were never handled by Logitech (nor anyone else who cared to identify themselves), and were unfit for sale.

The keyboards have been boxed back up waiting for them to send a prepaid shipping label to collect their garbage, and my credit card company has charged back Paypal. It's disgusting that Ebay can't police these merchants better. This has apparently been going on a long time, and I did not find this resellerratings.com review until I started looking for other customers with similar problems with gearxs.com

These people are toxic. Not only did they never ship my item (a four dollar cpu fan), but I've finally tracked them down as the source of the STAMPS*SCI thievery that had been surreptitiously deducting $17.95 per month from the same bank account I used to place the never-shipped order from. Thieves.

Item received didn't work and I have NOT been able to get in contact with them to RMA the product. ALL messages go unanswered. Avoid this company at all costs!

Stay away. Not worth the trouble. I ordered a mouse off of ebay from their store. After 5 days with no mouse or any kind of confirmation that the order even went through, I gave their customer service number a call. You get 3 options. 1 for sales, 2 for RMA/returns and 3 for customer service. I tried 3 first and the system hung up on me with a nice recorded "thank you for calling, goodbye". I called back and pressed 1 this time and it just hung up on after 10 seconds of hold music. I called back again and pressed 2 in hopes that somebody could redirect me. I just got a recorded message saying that I need an RMA number and to go to their website for the number. I tried one more time to call and all I get now is busy signals.

STAY AWAY! Look at the other reviews and learn from OUR mistakes. Borderline scam operation.

I ordered a refurbished Compaq computer with no OS but with a XP Pro COA. Oddly, it was priced the same as a slower CPU machine with a Windows 2000 Pro COA. I have several XP COA disks so I thought their XP machine was a great deal since I could install the OS myself at no additional cost. They shipped me the slower one with the Windows 2000 COA. The Returns tab on their web site states that they "may ship a comparable substitute product if the requested product is out of stock", so I tried contacting them to find out if they substituted the 2000 machine for the one I ordered, or shipped the wrong one by mistake. Note that the page for any product indicates "Possible out of stock" if they are out of a product but this was not indicated when I ordered the XP machine. I called the 800 number on the Contact Us tab two separate days, within their posted business hours; it rings off the hook - no one ever answers. I sent 2 separate emails which were never answered. Oddly, again, one week after I ordered the XP machine, its price was $20 higher than the 2000 Pro machine. Since I received no replies, no one answers the phone, and given the timing on their price changes, their intent is clear to me - they never intended to ship the machine I ordered. They baited me with an XP machine the same price as a 2000 Pro machine because no one was ordering the product with the older OS, just so they could substitute the product. Think you'll be treated differently? If you order DDR RAM, maybe they will substite PC133. Hey, it's all RAM, so it's comparable, right? Or order a SATA hard drive, maybe you will get an IDE drive; again, they're both hard drives, right? Read carefully their policies on the Returns tab; the customer isn't ever right in their opinion - the customer is to be punished. Yes, I can try shipping the machine I got (and pay shipping to do so) back to them, but there is no guarantee that they won't ship it right back as a substitute product and I'd be out another $10-$12. Don't deal with these losers.

Mouse was DOA and it took two calls and 5 different people to finally determine that it was dead. They would only refund the price of the mouse and not the shipping. The return price of the mouse was more than the refund...all I can say is byer beware!! Never again if I can help it.

I bought a Logitech mini mouse from this company on eBay. It quit working after a week. I had to send them two emails to ask for return instructions. They are slow to reply to a problem. Then, to get an RMA number, you have to follow 20 rules on their request page and fill out a lengthy form with information they already have. Then it takes two days to get a number. They don't refund return shipping and you have to pay shipping again on the replacement. The item price was fair but the shipping was more than the item price. If you buy from this company, you had better hope that you don't have a problem with your purchase.

Avoid!! Yes, I was enticed by the low price (even with the incredibly high shipping and handling) and ignored the plethora of bad press about this website. I thought I'd call before hand, just to make sure the item I was looking for was in stock and for real. Yes, they told me they had 20+ in stock. So I did the stupid thing and "bought" a Belkin Router at a great price. Never again from this reseller. I was smart enough to check back on the website in an hour. Low and behold they were out of stock. I call up, one dude tells me they ran out within the hour and their "system" was just updated. Riiiight. I ask for a refund. Another woman comes on and tells me - he was wrong, the website is wrong and they do have 20+ in stock. No way. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice.... you know how it goes. Canceled the order. Now I just have to keep checking my credit card when they try and bill me anyway. By the way, they did "update" the site showing the item in stock. Not taking that chance.

I've bought "Targus Universal Notebook 90Watt AC/DC Adapter APM12US" from this fraud company. They delivered one, but with a wrong cord. Once I've tried to contact them about exchanging or replacing the cord all I got was silence. I've filed a claim with Paypal and immediately received a Unpaid item strike (which was hilarious because they left me a positive rating for being a fast payer :-)). So far so good, I'm still struggling with these spooks for my 43 bucks...
Stay away at all costs.

They sent me a Motherboard that was open already, and after I set it up on my bench, it would only run the fans. After trying numerous brands of memory along with different processors, I applied for the suspicious RMA number.

A couple days later it was granted, and I sent back the completed suspect form and labeled the box and had the arrival confirmed by my shipper.
It's been 8 business days now with no response. Guess I will have to contact the attorney general to get their attention!
What an expensively bad experience! Never again will I buy from a company without a little research!

I ordered the wrong product with free shipping and asked for a refund being redirected to their site address and clicking on there return option, then filling out a dreadful RMA form to print out.
I was approved to return the products ordered at my cost.
I was refunded less then what I had payed, but took this as an experience to not do business with this company.

Please read the reviews here carefully, I wish I had. This vendor does not seem to have a very good track record.

I purchased a 'New' Jetway ATX socket 478 motherboard from GearXS on 8-23-08 (which was a Saturday) and received it on 8-28-08. It was supposed to be 3 day ground shipping. I believe it may have been delayed a touch because I specified that I wanted the motherboard tested to guarantee a no DOA item and I ordered on a weekend - so the 5 day wait didn't bother me much.

After installing the motherboard and turning it on for the first time, the power supply fan spun but nothing powered on. I made sure everything was connected properly and tried again... same thing. After removing the RAM I did not receive any system beeps. I troubleshooted this issue for about an hour, and finally gave up. This motherboard was most definitely a DOA item. After reading the reviews here I decided to cut my losses and not submit an RMA, good thing the motherboard was cheap.
