I have ordered from eforcity several times. Their products are so much cheaper than any retail store, and the quality is just as good. Free shipping as well. I paid 6 bucks for something that cost 50 at Radio Shack. Can't beat that.

I'd love to be able to write something positive about this company, but after I ordered my items using paypal and receiving an e-mail with a UPS shipping number the next day, (12/23) I never received my shipment before I left the State in which I was staying for the holidays on 1/6/09. The only information I could get was "order processing" and "order shipped" - neither of which helped. The order did eventually arrive, but I won't see it until Spring. I would blame UPS, but they claimed they didn't receive the package on the dates I specified. Maybe it was just a Holiday thing. AMENDMENT: I was contacted by customer service regarding this review, and offered a refund of shipping charges as appeasement - which shows me how willing this company is to satisfy their customers. I would be quite happy to give them more business in the future.

Very Happy! I recently ordered a leather case for my MP3 player. I received it and discovered it was defective. I emailed eForcity, pointed out the problem and they immediately sent me a new one. That's great customer service! I am a gadget kind of guy and will definitely be ordering more stuff from them!

DVI to HDMI cable worked just as described, quick delivery, good communication, and the best prices on the net!

When purchasing two items from eforcity.com, the shipping was listed as $0.00. But when receiving the order receipt via email, an extra $5.99 shipping charge was added. They referred to me a "free shipping rebate website" which required me to sign up for "rebate service". In short, it was not a rebate at all. Eforcity.com advertised free shipping, but has made it nearly impossible to get the "rebate." In addition, when agreeing to the credit card terms (at the end of an online transaction), I agreed only to pay for the items plus tax ($10.11), not the shipping ($5.99). Eforcity.com lied about the free shipping and intentionally overcharged my credit card without my permission.

Excellent service. The item arrived in time and in an excellent condition as specified at the website. Will do business again with this company.

Bought HDMI, great deal and free shipping, order processed immdeatley.

My order only took 1 day to process and 3 days to get here. It was a very easy and safe transaction. Also the items are high quality and very affordable. Will shop with Eforcity again.
