Product was delivered on time and worked as specified, EXCEPT VGA output did not work (the adapter had the pinouts for a DVI-VGA adapter, and the page said that VGA output worked, but it did not).
I've placed a few small orders with eforcity in the past - all have gone smoothly. Shipping seems to come from China which means it's slower than most (more local) places. I got some tea light LED candles. Works well and very pretty once set up.

The item was not as described. It was not brand-new and it came in plastic wrapping with no softwares. Looks like a refurbished item and the shipping was not USPS, it was DHL. Took a whole week to get a such a small item which could've came in three days. Not happy and will never shop there again.

i thought the product that i bought was a really good deal. it was an OEM which i really like and it was a lot cheaper than if i would have bought it out the in the stores.
