Excellent service! I placed the order on 10/4, and it shipped by 10/7. When I did not received it by 10/20, I sent an email asking what can be done, and eForCity offered to resend the item because it was probably lost in transit. It turned out USPS was just really slow, so I got it the day I received eForCity's response, and notified them that a resend was no longer necessary.
