DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My first order from them was for two cell phone cases for the Blackberry Storm. The white one with flowers and then a black one. The black one came to me in pieces. They refunded my money back for the black one, but not the shipping which I paid an extra $7.50 for to get in 3 days. Since the black case was broken, I placed another order for another black case and the black case with hawaiian flowers on it. BOTH CAME IN PIECES!! I dont see how this company can send broken merchandise especially when people pay extra for 2-3 day shipping. Then, they dont refund the shipping!! I was extremely dissappointed with their merchandise. I will never recommend this website or company to anyone and I will also never shop here again, so you can keep the $5 credit you give for writing a review. I just wanted to express to others how much this company sucks and to not purchase anything from them!!

well lets see, i ordered almost 8 days ago and still havnt recieved my orders, on top of that i havnt been able to track my orders in 5 days, i doubt ill use eforcity again.

I ordered a Sony Vaio Bluetooth Laser Mouse free after coupon. They emailed me the next day and said my order was "cancelled due to a previously unforeseen technical error" on their website. Be careful when you order from them, they might not honor your coupons.

Terrible Service!!! I ordered a battery charger (INV # 12542769, Order # 809066). There was an address mix-up. On Aug. 4th, was told order shipped. On Aug. 9th was asked to confirm receiving the order (which I had yet to receive). On Aug 14th I was told that the order bounced back. After waiting two weeks I was no longer interested and asked about a refund. From Aug. 15th to Sept the 25th I have emailed them (returns@eforcity.com)6 times without a response. Extremely disappointed!! STILL WAITING!!

I still have not received my purchases as of 9/25/09. I have e-mailed eforcity.com, with no response and called eforcity, left my number on the machine with no response. EFORCITY debited my account for the items that I had selected but did not further their end of the deal. I am told by dhl; usps didn't get postage to mail to me, so usps will sit on the package for a month, then mail it back to eforcity. I am utterly discusted with eforcity.com, DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS ONLINE SITE. I can only imagine the amount of money EFORCITY is stealing from people who think this is a legitimite retail store. I put a curse on eforcity distributors to fail as an online retail store!!! My question is HOW do i get my #@$% money back?

I am disappointed because the toner was not very full

Both Li-Ion batteries for a Nokia cell phone are defective. Don't hold a charge; one drops almost all its charge upon answering a call. They are either factory rejects or counterfeit - explains the low price. Caveat emptor!!!

I have had good service and I've never had an issue with anything I've ordered from eforcecity... BUT... make sure you do indeed want what you're about to order because I was unable to cancel an order I placed even though I sent the cancellation email less than 10 minutes later to service@eforcecity.com. A day after I sent it, I get notification:  
 
The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect.  
[eforcecity.com (1): Connection refused]  
 
And the day after that I get a shipping notification. So think twice before you hit the purchase button... because service@eforcecity.com may not be listening it wasn't for me.  
 

Shipping is fast.  
Product is cheap.  
 
Problem: it doesn't work properly. I ordered an iPod AV cable. I am never be able to get the video on TV -- audio comes out.  

Well, I can't really say, since I haven't gotten the product yet, nor have I been able to track it.  
Therefore, I am going to say that it is not recommended to order from them. They will bill your card, not ship your order, and not return your inquiries regarding shipment. Have a nice day, and DON'T use them

SIM Card Reader , Blue, do NOT BUY, first the computer XP system won't even reconsize the drive is inserted. Actually after my experience with eforcitgy I'd NEVER BUY FROM ThEM AGAIN. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, BUY ELSEWHERE.  
 
Second the reader came with a note attached you have to go to some site and download drivers. When you get to the page it is in a foreign language and you can't read it.  
 
If you do a search for drivers on Google there are many places to find and download the drivers and if you download and install them, well they do no good because the computer can see the drive when inserted.  
 
This device is a waste of time, doesn't even begin to work and is a total rip off and I am an IT Tech so it isn't my equipment and I do know how to install and make things work so it is the devices that are no good. Save your time and money and find another way to read a sim card.  
 
This is so bad it isn't even worth returning for a refund. Besides if you return it you are charged a 15% restocking fee and you have to pay to have it shipped back so you lose money when you return an item you buy from this company.  
 
Very bad place to do business with, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Not the best experience. First the tracking info provided is an absolute joke. They don't actually provide you a tracking number, just a link to their site. The tracking info pretends that it is coming UPS but really is just regular snail mail. When the package arrived one of the items was the wrong one. Part numbers were not even close to similar so I'm not sure how that happened. To return/exchange the item, according the their web site, takes 9 to 13 business days. Why bother? Not really worth the trouble for cheap chinese knock-offs. I would not recommend this seller.

This company has some VERY GOOD deals on some stuff, in particular their hot deals section.  
 
Stuff arrived in good order. The earphones work fine and I'm still using them. Worth every penny! ;)  

The products at eforcity were offered at a competative price, and the shipping was free. I could not able to find a better deal any where else. eforcity shipped my order on Time and thank you eforcity
