This got to be one of the worse online shops ever. The item was a microsoft arc mouse described as being new but when I received it, it was in some plastic wrapping with no software included and it came in a small square box. It took a while to receive it for such a small item. The shipping was described as through USPS, but it is actually through DHL which took a whole week just to receive such a small item. This store has the whole package of a scam shop because they lie about their items being new and everything else. I would never buy from them again and will tell all the people I know to do the same. f*** Eforcity...
I ordered 2, 35ft HDMI cables and needed it shipped out 2day Air. I spoke to one of the girls there in which I got the number from here, by the name of Cynthia at ext. 112. I told her the urgency and that I needed it ASAP. She told me to buy the item (*from eBay) and call her back with item number. I did so and told her I needed it 2day and told her to charge me the diff. Well calling her back was an issue. I must have called like 10 TIMES!! I finally got her and she authorized it and didn't charge me the diff even. Again, I told her I needed it that Thursday 10/22/09. Nevertheless, Thursday had come and no cable. I called her and got her after another 10 TIMES, and asked her where it is. The second I asked for a tracking number she hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back but of-course NO ANSWER. Even after like a few hours. I sent a message through eBay and got a response saying this: "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. There was a misunderstanding on our part, hence its not been shipped out yet. Please advise whether you prefer a full refund to compensate you." So I say to whom ever is planning to buy or wants to buy from this company, DON'T!!!
Firstly the tracking information sent by this shipper was totally out to lunch. I was sent an email with a tracking number for DHL supposedly and the link took me to a DHL maintenanace page. When I went to the real DHL tracking page, the tracking number was invalid. On buy.com same situation with the posted USPS tracking number for this order - invalid. Furthermore, the item sent did not match the item description. Namely, a USB cable for a Nokia 2760 cell phone. I was sent a usb cable for a Walkman or such other device where the usb cable plug for the phone did not match the plug on the usb cable. In summary, stay away from this vendor. Unless you want to experience the same situation(s) I have with them.

Free Mouse?? If it's too good to be true , it is.
My intro to eforcity was as above. Never did receive notice it was Canceled. If I hadn't checked, I'd still be waiting for delivery. That's enough of eforcity.
Had the battery for 8 days only and the battery stopped working. I paid for a battery that is supposed to recharge, unfortunately this battery lasted 8 days of on and off charging and then just stopped all together. Disappointed completely.
There was an online coupon for a free mouse. I never recieved any word that the order was cancelled, its not my fault that eForCity fucked up but posting an incorrect coupoun or setting the coupon code to be free. That is false advertisment.
Poor seller with no customer service. I placed an order on October 1st, 2009. I never heard another thing. I checked the link in the confirmation email to find the order was canceled. I could live with that, but if they were a decent place the least they could do is let me know! I never got an email or any notice. What a lousy website! I wouldn't bother ordering from them again.
I have filed a BBB compliant against eforcity over this confirmed order. They sent written confirmation, assigned it an order number then canceled it two days later. In their response to the BBB case, their representative stated eforcity CS would be in contact with me regarding this canceled order. That has not happened so do I add lying to customers as well - you decide. I am waiting for their latest response back to the BBB regarding all of these highly irregular and, frankly, troubling poor business practices. As I stated originally, I followed their order procedure, entered their codes for this order, had eforcity confirm the order then decided not to honor the order. That is bad business. Ideally the BBB will intervene and have them man-up and deliver my order. It's sad when a company can not honor their confirmations and then make statements to an outside firm such as the BBB and, again, not follow-up on what they promised to do.
I ordered a mouse from them on October 3. The item was clearly marked "in stock, ships in 24 hourse" so I wasn't expecting any issues. 2 days has passed and my order hasn't shipped yet. Then I received an email stating there was a price mistake on the site and my order was cancelled. That was a major inconvinence as I expected this mouse for an upcoming trip. Now I had to run to the store to buy a mouse.
What's worse, they included a coupon code in the email with an apology, so I decided to take advantage of this code couple days ago. Guess what - the same way as the first time the expectations were set incorrectly. The coupon wasn't recoginzed on their site and no matter how I tried, I couldn't enter the coupon.
I won't ever go to this site for my needs no matter how good their deals will be. There is plenty of sites who keep their promises and expectations in line, but clearly eForCity.com is not one of them
they advertised an item for a certain price with free shipping. ordered the item and they cancelled the order the next day saying there was a pricing error and gave me a $5 coupon. B.S. I will never order from them again and advise all my friends never to order as well
They had a promotion for a free Sony Vaio
Bluetooth Laser Mouse, and my order went through. On 10-3-09, they CANCELLED my order without offering a substitution. They only offered me a pathetic $5 off my next order. I would NOT recommend them, nor will I ever shop with them again.
