i ordered a leather case for my iphone but my bad luck received broken ,sent an email to eforcity with in few days they sent an another leather case...i was happy with their service after then i have become loyal customer to them..i made 2 more purchase after that but never got an issue

Everything started out ok. Placed my order on 2/2/10, rec'd confirmation that the item was shipped and given a tracking number for DHL. Either they never really shipped it out or DHL lost it (handing it off to USPS), but either way I didn't get it. Ok, I understand, shipping errors occur. I try to call a number (that I had to search for via Google since it's not on their site) and keep getting told by their automated system that someone will be with me and eventually that no one was available. Great. So I email them and tell them I never got the item (this is two weeks later) and they write back they will send me a new one. Great! Except, that never happened. A week goes by, no email with a tracking number. I write again saying I never got it and they send me a canned email telling me that they will refund me. I tell them I don't want a refund, I want the item. I get another canned email telling me they're going to refund me and I again tell them not to refund me (in VERY clear speech) but just send me the item. Today, my card was refunded. SO. FRUSTRATING. Probably fine if you don't have any problems, but if you need to contact customer service, well, there is none. Buyer beware....

I purchased CGA-DU14,and KD-KLIC-7004 batteries from eForcity.The price of each was easily the best I could find on the Internet.As I live in New Zealand,the cost of postage can be prohibitive,but this was only US$5.99,making these items one third of the cost locally.

Morons sent my order via UPS to a Post Office Address, did not follow instructions in payment. They refuse to answer thier emails, they will nott answer phones. Now I have to wait for 2 weeks just to have UPS return the package as undeliverable. WARNING-you will not get any assistance at all if there is a problem avoid this company lkike the plague. They won't even answer thier phone. Filed complaint with Paypal, paypal could not even contact them!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Good products with great value. Never received a shipped confirmation via email which made me wonder. I had to visit the website to check the tracking. Product arrived when expected.

I made a purchase of a ps3 converter cord at the end of december last year. When I received it the cord did not work. I went on the website to find their return policy and was directed to send an email to get shipping instructions for returns. I sent the email and never received an email back with further instructions. The 30 day return lapsed and now I am unable to get a refund on my purchase. I would highly discourage anyone to do business with eforcity.

This is my second purchase from eForcity. The product was good and delivered on time. Packaging was good it arrived in my mail box safely.

5 IN 1 FM TRANSMITTER, I was worried this wouldnt work, but when I got it, I hooked it and used it on a few trips. I didnt get any interferrence, static, or engine noises, sounds great. With where my lighter is, the style with the straight lighter adapter wouldnt fit, this one has a goose neck and fits perfectly. The only problem is it doesnt hold the Ipod Nano tight, so I put it in a case, and that took care of that. NO MORE DRAGGING A BILLION CDS. This seller has excellent communication, and reasonable shipping times. I ordered it late night Feb 14, and it was shipped out on the 15th.

8 days later I don't have my item, and they did not identify the shipping costs until after purchase. Thus, I would not recommend.

Sim Card Reader. Works great with XP. Not good with Win 7.  
iPod FM Transmeter: Works Great.  
Nikon Camera Protector Screen: Oversize but solves purpose.  
All are with extremely GOOD price. $7.00, $ 12.00 and $ 4.00 respectively)  
Ordered on 12 Feb and got goods on 16th Feb.

The two ipod units that i purchased do not work properly the plugs do not fit into the transmitter unit. The unit does not charge the ipod and draws all the battery life form your ipod.
