A great dealer with good quality products. I ordered some bits and pieces from lensmateonline.com to use with my Canon S2 IS camera and they shipped within a day of me ordering them via internet and were received by me in Australia only a week later.

I purchased three items, and found that I did not need them. I returned the items immediately and received a USPS confirmation that the returns were received. It's been over three weeks and I have not received a credit to my card, and lensmate doesn't answer my emails. I will not deal with them again until this is taken care of.

bought the lens hood for Canon S1, of much better quality the the canon plastic, the snap on cap hood and the hoya filter were also excellent, will be back later to get big lenses...

I just ordered an S1 IS adapter and a step ring. I received a confirmation email that it had been shipped the next day and received the package two days later. Wonderful service. I would definately order through Lensmate again.

I ordered the 58mm adapter for my Canon G3 camera to use with Canon's TC-DC58N teleconverter. The part is very well made, and fits perfectly to both the camera and lense. It's only a few dollars more than Canon's plastic adapter.

They carry quality components for the Canon G1,2,5 cameras. No doubt they are legitimate. The lens adapter I bought fits perfectly. I won an auction for a G2 adapter on Ebay. Turned out to be a bad fit. Lensmate's lens adapter, however, has no loose play whatsoever, nicely machined (I studied mechanical engineering). I will buy again from them. If you don't believe, dpreview's Canon forum has a lot of positive feedback about them.

The Canon lens adapter I ordered from here is of high quality and was decently priced. Service was fast (3 days from order to delivery). No notification of shipping is provided, though.

I purchased the Hoya Macro Lense Set, the Kenko 2x 52mm telepoto lense, a 58 to 52 step ring, and a lense cleaning cloth. Very pleased, the Kenko 2x lense is on backorder which I knew it would be because it was posted on their site. I got everything but the Kenko 2x lense within 5 days of ordering. Their customer support is top grade, I received a response about my backordered lense during a Saturday which wasn't expected. I will order from them again!

I ordered 2 Lensmate G3 lens adapters and 2 Hoya filters.  
 
Very fast delivery; ordered on Friday 5/09 received on Monday 5/12. Order was well packed and complete.  
 
2 complimentary lens caps that were backordered will not be shipped because of quality control problems. They would have been nice, but since I never ordered them, no big deal. Better to not ship than to send a substandard product.  
 
The items were very high quality, much better than the Canon lens adaptor. The Hoya filters were new and unopened.  
 
Overall, good product, fast shipping, price quoted was the price charged.
