I”LL BE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I ordered an adapter, 2 Moya filters and a lens cap for my Canon SX10 IS. The package arrived promptly (4 business days from order to arrival) and was well packaged for travel. The adapter fits like a glove and is very well constructed. The filters were well priced. I have seen them cheaper but not at reputable dealers, so the 2% - 5% premium was WELL WORTH MY MONEY. To this point I was very satisfied with my purchase but here’s the action that makes Lensmate a world-class operation; I remember when I placed my order that the shipping seemed a little high (~$13) but I needed the adapter so, I figured it was worth the premium. Today, I received an email stating that I was overcharged for shipping due to a problem with the shopping cart program and that I was receiving a $5.00 REFUND. This was completely unsolicited from me and purely voluntary on the part of Lensmate! In this electronic world of cheats and shysters, Lensmate stands out by offering excellent products combined with fair prices and world-class service and business ethics.

My experience with Lensmate was great! I had just purchased a Lumix LX3 camera and was having difficulty finding the original manufacturer adaptor and polarizing filter I needed for a trip I will be leaving on tomorrow. I ordered the items on Monday night and they arrived Priority USPS on Thurs! I had expained via e-mail that I had the pending trip and needed the items post haste and they got right back to me and put the order in the mail the next day. The items I ordered are better than the original manufacturer too! Great experience. I will order from Lensmate again! Jeff

A great company to do business with. Their site was very easy to use as well as informative and even had a notice that an item I wanted was out of stock and gave the anticipated day it was in. I fully believe in capitalism and customer service, so I wanted to write this review. I have not had a lot of dealings with Lensmate, but the prices are decent, and any extra cost is worth a company you can trust. I emailed them and got a good answer and I bought the adapters/lenses through them (though I do wish there was a way to call). I feel like the sample photos were a HUGE point in convincing me to buy from them. There is so much cheap junk out there, that getting equipment that I can see has been thoroughly tested and reviewed is very helpful. Now I suppose if there are problems with orders in the future things may change, but so far I am VERY impressed with their website and product information, and will do business with them again this afternoon, which is the highest compliment I can give any company.

Kudos to Lensmate for such an outstanding transaction. My order came earlier than expected despite the holiday season. I was expecting more than 3 weeks to ship to Thailand but it came in less than two weeks. The products are well packaged and well inspected. The quality of the converters is really superb. It fits very well. I wished they have more products to sell so I can just order from them all that I need.

Lensmate is a great company! I emailed them about some questions I had about their adapters and lenses. It took a few days for them to respond, but the answers they provided were clear and very helpful. I placed my order during Labor Day weekend; on the 4th I received an email stating that the order was being shipped via USPS; it arrived on the 7th in excellent condition!

This is a great company with good products and responsive people. My first order was in August, early Saturday afteroon. They shipped it out the same day from WA state via Priority Mail, and it arrived in AZ Monday afternoon! I ordered a second adaptor this Saturday, but there were server problems authorizing my credit charge. I sent an e-mail describing the problem and received a response a few minutes later, on Saturday. I received a followup e-mail this Monday morning saying all is fixed and my order has been shipped. Their response, concern, and communication is excellent,and so is their adapator for the Canon Powershot S2,3,5.

They offer adapters for my Canon S3 that are superior to the ones available at other camera accessory shops. The items are well machined, fit well, and look good.  
 
I ordered a few other items from Lensmate and they arrived in good condition.  
 
I was a bit skeptical since they shipped my order via USPS Priority Mail, but it arrived promptly and as I already mentioned, in good condition.

Asked on an email for some clarification and they didn't try to push products or recommend expensive upgrades, just honest answers. Later I ordered an S3 adapter tube, a wide converter and a bunch of filters. I needed extra quick handling and delivery as I was travelling to the US and would only be around for a week. Got an email response the very next day I posted the order and received the goods two days later. Everything in excelent packagind and condition. Overall, one of the best online shopping experiences I had, highly recommended!

Everyone I've talked to on forums says that Lensmate makes the best lens adapters for the Canons, and the quality of my lens hood was impeccable. The OEM Canon adapter for the S3IS is plastic and has about a millimeter of wiggle room on my camera. This hood is aluminum and it fits like a glove. All for a lower price, too - With the collapsible rubber hood, my order cost $30, but Canon plasticky equivalent cost $35.  
As for the quality of buying from them, I can't complain. Really - everything went just the way it should have gone. I placed the order Monday, got the shipping confirmation Tuesday, and the stuff got here Friday.  
I will be buying from these guys again, and soon... I have my eyes set on a wide angle lens.

I am very carefull and particular when to come purchasing camera equipment or accessories online. My online search found "Lensmate" received good rating and comments from several different rating sites, and also recommended by several actual customers on digital camera forum site. So far I have purchased 3 items from Lensmate and I had a great shopping experience. All e-mails were answer within 24 hour, items shipped on time and received as described. Very satisfied and will do business again with them.

I am very satisfied with my order from Lensmate and recommend them without reservation. The order was placed on 7/31 and I received my entire order in excellent shape via USPS on 8/2.  
 
While searching for feedback on different extender lenses for my new Canon S3 IS, I learned about LensmateOnline. In several photography forums, users were consistently recommending the aluminum Lensmate adapter tubes over the plastic Canon tubes for its durability and good looks.  
 
Along with the 52mm adapter tube, I also ordered a Hoya HMC UV filter, Microfiber cloth, clip-in lenscap, rubber hood, and a wrist strap.  
 
According to other users, a clip-in lenscap is more secure than the Canon push-on lenscap and a rubber hood helps prevent glare and give a little more added protection to the lens. The UV filter, lenscap and hood work together perfectly with the adapter tube. Amazing.  
 
I wanted to track my order but couldn't find where to do so from the website. I sent an email requesting the information and a few hours later received a return email detailing when it shipped and a tracking number.  
 
The number of sample images at their website detailing the lenses that fit my Canon is impressive. Though I didn't wind up choosing a telephoto or wide-angle lense this time around, (I'm still researching this), I'm looking forward to making this purchase through Lensmate.

Order filled quickly and received quickly. Email contact with customer service was excellent. Product looks great, fits well. All pieces correct. Time will tell regarding customer service if a problem arises. So far I am happy with my transaction.

Ordered a silver 52mm lens adapter for my Canon S2 IS, lens cap, 2 filters and cloth on a Tuesday night. Had everything Saturday morning, got shipment notification with tracking on Thursday morning.
