Has been 15 and order still has not shipped yet. Ridiculous!

Found the pricing to be very competitive and the quality as advertised. Delivery was a day earlier than I expected. I will shop here again.

I have ordered three times from this company now. I have ordered both cell phone holsters and car chargers. All products have been delivered exactly as advertised and on time.

Easy transaction. Cheapest price I could find on the Motorola original item and arrived before expected. Ordered around 8 am and it shipped the same day.

Ordered a data kit for my motorola cell phone. It was sent out within a day or two and arrived a week after I ordered it. The product worked great thanks

Had fine results. Placed an order for a cell phone headset and it arrived a day earlier than expected. Another two sites didn't provide a pic of the entire headset and cord like Discount-Cell did and that affected my decision to use them .

Ordered a Belkin Car Charger, part was in stock and shipped within 48 hours, received the part - UPS Ground - in a week. Price was good, shipping reasonable.

Good prices, ordered three items on 11-14-05 at noon. paid for second day air. (big mistake) items didnt even ship until 11-17-05 which means I didnt receive them until 11-21-05. IF I were to order from them again it would only be as long as I wasnt in a hurry to get the product.

ordered 6/20...after much much delay received order on 7/5...only to find that after waiting 3 weeks for order that the wrong USB cable had been sent. I called and have to admit in all fairness that they did offer to take the cable back and exchange, but SERIOUSLY do you think I'm going to wait another 3 weeks for an exchange....how bout this ..NO!!!!!

Items are constantly on backorder. You cannot get ahold of customer service to save your life. They do not answer e-mails or telephone calls. If you need something right away, you're better off paying the full price at a local store, rather than waiting for these guys to ship it out, because IT WON'T HAPPEN.  
 
Still have not received my order. What gives, Discount Cell????

Set several expected ship dates, didn't meet them, and finally said item was out of stock. I cancelled the order.

Shipped to me wrong product via UPS ground. Called store, asked them to send correct one. They resent UPS 2nd day air, package got lost, tracing it now, charged me for the 2nd shipment (item) won't ship UPS overnight or Fed-Ex using my account. Friendly Service Rep but horrible policy as per store owner.  
 
Most likely not buy from them again.

I called Discount Cell at 8:00 am and placed an order for DataPilot for my Cell phone. They assured me the item was in stock, and because I wanted the item quickly I paid extra for next day shipping. When the item did not arrive by the end of the day I checked my email to find a message from Discount Cell indicating that the item was on backorder and would ship 4 days later.  
 
They did cancel the order when I called to complain.
