I was looking for a new laptop about a year ago and just happened by this gem of a company. XoticPC goes above and beyond all levels of service. Lets break it down.
Sales Team: 11 out of 10
I knew little about the products they sold, but knew what requirements I wanted. The employees were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't try to push me into a product I didn't need just to sell me more, and actually encouraged me to get the most bang for my buck. They have a great community of very satisfied customers who stick around on the website's forums to help others choose a product or make recommendations for specific needs.
Products: 11 out of 10
The products they sell are of very high quality and go through a rigorous testing phase to weed out bad parts. I have been a member of the forums for almost a year and can count on one hand the number of times I have heard of parts failing (there are close to 700 members who post on the forums, making the failure rate of around 0.7%).
Price: 11 out of 10
Some places online offer a 2-5% discount below a competitors regularly priced product. XoticPC does the leg work for you and offers you the 3% cash discount and the lowest price on the web. A quick search today for the Sager NP5796 brings prices as follows

This may be the one thing XoticPC has not perfected, though Im not sure I would want them to. You dont rush an artist, you dont rush a cook. If you want a really nice product you spend time making sure you have it before delivering. XoticPC does and extensive burn-in on all of its notebooks which adds some time to the final product. I must say though, they do ship as soon as they feel satisfied that it has the quality you deserve. I personally had pre-ordered the NP5792 in November and it was released the 2 weeks before Christmas. After a week of extensive testing, they began construction and shipping of the new notebooks. I received my notebook the day before Christmas Eve without the extra accessories that I had ordered. When I questioned them about this, they told me that they wanted me to have the laptop as soon as possible and will ship the backordered accessories when they arrived. I couldnt have been happier with there choice.
Integrity: 11 out of 10
XoticPC doesnt jump onto every bandwagon technology that comes around which gives them a little more credibility than the next reseller. For instance, when everyone started selling the solid state drives XoticPC held off until they knew how the product would perform and decided not to include it when they learned of its flaws. They also wont build a system with memory that is clocked higher than what the system can recognize just to make an extra buck. Also, as I mentioned before they wont try to sell you just the biggest and the best. They will find out what you need, how much you were planning on spending, and working off of those parameters. This is the most honest company I have ever run across and will never switch back to the big-names in the business.
Support: 11 out of 10
The tech-support offered is amazing. Between the 24/7 DOMESTIC telephone support, the same-day response e-mail support and regularly answered forums support
there is always someone who knows how to handle a problem. When a RMA is in order it is handled quickly and with the utmost professionalism. I have heard of DVD rom drives going bad and the company shipping a replacement drive ASAP. Any software and driver issues that arise can be dealt with by checking the forums and getting detailed directions on how to update software.
Overall, I trust them. They are reasonably fast at delivering an amazing product and making sure that they have satisfied customers. I was very disappointed when I had ordered a mini-laptop from another reseller a week before they started pre-orders for an even better mini. I will always look to XoticPC first for all my notebook needs. They have a VERY satisfied customer in me!

Residing in the UK, I was initially a little sceptical about how XoticPC was able to offer me a notebook computer at a price that was CONSIDERABLY lower than the prices offered by UK Sager / Clevo resellers. However, on contacting the company my doubts were soon brushed away due to the extremely helpful information provided personally to me by one of the company's senior staff, Justin Woitte. Through various emails Justin explained to me the process of "wire transfer" payment, and my conidence was raised enough to order the notebook from XoticPC. After waiting for just over a week for the wire transfer payment to arrive in the account of XoticPC, I was delighted that my notebook was finally being built. I had requested that a UK English keyboard be fitted into my notebook, and I was told that this would add an extra three days on to my order approximately. On Monday 7th June, exactly one week after my notebook had started to be manufactured, I was expecting to hear within the next few days that my notebook had been shipped from the US. Imagine my utter surprise then when I heard a knock at the door, and upon opening the door I saw a UPS delivery man holding my notebook computer from the USA. I quickly unpackaged the notebook and turned it on. Within a few minutes I had added my notebook to the house's wireless network and was surfing the internet happily. The notebook itself is excellent; the build quality is outstanding, the performance is marvellous, and it is actually considerably lighter than what I expected - It is lighter than several 15.4" notebooks I have used recently! Finally, the keyboard is extremely comfortable. Originally I planned to continue using my Logitech G15 gaming keyboard, however I have been extremely surprised by just how comfortable the notebook keyboard really is.
In conclusion, I would higly recommend XoticPC to any potential buyers out there, and I personally will be keeping them in mind for my future computer purchases. 10/10!

I ordered a FORCE 3298 v2 (Built on COMPAL JFL92 WSXGA+) that was fully loaded (Intel 2.6 DualCore, 4GB Corsa RAM, 512 MB Nvidia GeForce 8600GT, 200GB Seagate HD, etc.) It was far superior to anything that I could have ordered through Dell, HP, Gateway, or even Alienware for that matter...AND it was at least $900 cheaper than the closest comparably configured system on those sites even though I couldn't get near the level of hardware that I got from Xotic PC. They give you name brand components instead of a grab bag of random RAM and optical drives made from god knows where. I could not be happier with my new notebook. It works beautifully straight out of the box. No extra add-on, annoying, trashy, trial-software installed, just sleek, clean, and efficient awesomeness. My only complaint is that paying by check took far longer than I expected. I would recommend going with the credit card option instead. The time you save will be worth sacrificing the slight discount. All in all I am extremely satisfied, in fact blown away, by the quality of this product. I will be giving glowing recommendations to my friends and will absolutely use Xotic PC again.

I ordered a well equipped Sager NP2092 for my bother, I talked a lot about the laptop and recieved a TON of helpful information from one of their sales representatives named Justin. All of the customer support questions were responded to VERY quickly, sometimes in minutes, and always in a polite manner. The machine was ordered on Monday June 2, and arrived at my door Monday June 9. Amazingly fast. Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with the laptop when it came. It was twice as good as I expected. As a whole, I highly recommend Xotic PC. Their costumer service is excellent, the products are great, and the price is unbeatable (Especially with price matching). I plan to do business with them again this summer when I buy another laptop that is scheduled for release. I highly recommend that anyone considering ordering a laptop go to Xotic PC.

I recently purchased a Sager NP5793 laptop from XoticPC. I liaised with Justin Woitte who I found to be very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely responsive. This laptop is extraordinary Ive owned Dell and Toshiba laptops before but this one is something else. Its very responsive, the keyboard in particular is superb, and the screen size (1920 x 1200) is incredibly attractive and clear.
I included a custom-painted lid with my company logo during purchase. This stage added almost 4 weeks to the order time as the proof went back and forward a few times, each time with minor changes at my request and the painting itself took just over 16 business days. The end product looks absolutely fantastic and in my opinion, was well worth the extra time. Its a great additional to an already exceptional laptop, which will also represent my company when Im onsite with my customers.
I live in Australia, was prepared to accept there might be communication and support delays however this was NOT the case, XoticPCs service was exceptional. Combine this with their excellent products and attractive prices means I heartily recommend XoticPC to others.

For anyone looking for a high end quality machine at the best price, look no further than XoticPC. Like everyone else who has never ordered from a smaller reseller, I was extremely hesitant. Luckily, Justin W from XoticPC was a great help. He answered every question and concern I had promptly through emails. After researching for maybe several months (and buying and returning a Dell Inspiron in the process), I found a great deal at another Reseller. Reading the reviews of this other reseller, it was obvious that I was better off purchasing through XoticPC. Fortunately for me, XoticPC matched the price.
I received my new Sager 5793 with the Nvidia 8800GTX in a total of 7 or 8 business days (several days ahead of schedule).
The machine came WELL packaged and intact. It was obvious that care was taken into every aspect of building and shipping my new machine. No scratches, no Burnt Pixels and working like a dream and should any issues arise, I am confident in the superb customer service provided by Justin W and XoticPC.

All I can say is that Xotic PC is a great company to do business with. I am extremely happy with them. Justin W. over there was extremely helpful with all the questions that I had prior to making my decision. Even though I used email instead of the phone to ask questions the answers came fast and were easy to read.
Once I placed my order for the Sager 5973 the turn around was amazing. Even with me screwing up on my credit card (not notifying them of the big purchase) Xotic got the laptop shipped out fast and were very professional about my snafu! Will do business with them again!

I needed to get a laptop for college that could hopefully last me through all 4 years. I did a lot of research and ended up purchasing from XoticPC.
I was able to customize the laptop to my liking and it was easily less expensive than comparable "name brand" laptops with the same features. Plus just knowing that there is quality customer service waiting made it that much easier to bite the bullet for the big online purchase.
One school year down, and this laptop hasn't let me down yet.

After two Dell laptop's (never again), I decided on a Sager NP2092 after a lot of research.I decided on Xotic after reading the reviews. Believe me, they don't disappoint. After speaking with Justin W, it was a no frills, no b.s. conversation. He answered my questions and I was notified via email on processing, final burn and shipping details on my new machine.
If I had to order a new laptop today, it would definitely be from Xotic. My Dell days are over.

I just got my Sager 5793 from XoticPC and the product and service are exceptional. The notebook is hands down the best 17" notebook you can buy. Read any review on this notebook and they all say the same thing. Its the best 17" and also best for the money. I read every review on this notebook and many others before deciding to buy. I also read these reviews about XoticPC, and they were right on. They provide excellent service. I ordered my notebook on the 11th and had it in hand on the 15th. I spoke with Justin W via telephone and email and he is top notch. He did everything he said they would do and came in way ahead of schedule (4 days!). I am very confident that if any problems do arise, Xotic will go out of their way to make it right. They are an excellent company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Thanks Justin and Xotic. Oh and for everyone that was wondering about running games on this machine. I have a 9300 2.5, 8800GTX, and 4gb RAM. It runs Crysis 1920X1200 all settings High, no AA smoothly. Also a superfast workstation when working with Inventor and Blender, and of course everything else. Vista 64bit and this machine work perfectly together. Nvidia has got their act together with 64bit drivers so all is good. Thanks again.

I bought my new laptop here completely customized and for around 400-600 dollars cheaper than Dell/HP/Fujitsu/Toshiba etc.
100% satisfied. Now whenever someone asks me where to buy new laptops, I always tell them to check out Xoticpc.

I was out on the web looking at ASUS retailer and found Xotic PC, they seem to have good prices and great reviews. I can not tell you how pleased I am that I went with Xotic on my purchase, they repond very quickly to e-mails, they are pleasant and very helpful on the phone, no long waiting for a live person, and they never were a hurry to get of the phone, any, and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. They are very proffesional. I would recomend them to any individual or business looking to but computer equipment from them. This was by far the best computer buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought several laptops in the past year for work and family, this was the best company yet, and the products they sell are all high quality. I look foward to doing business with Xotic PC again in the future.

What can I say about Exotic PC? Well, first off I had been to Cyberpower, Aeoncraft, Dell, Alienwere, and could not find a better deal on the laptop I wanted. Plus there selection didn't apeal to my wallet so much so when I stumbled upon Exotic PC I was a little suspisious. None the less I place my order and got a confermation e-mail almost instantly. This impressed me alot because cyberpower took 2 days to confirm with me, and seeing how it was the first time I had ever trusted anyone with making a computer, I had higher standerds for them. Anyway, the next day the put my order on hold and wanted to confirm with me that I wanted 1 day shipping, I called and talked to Justin Woitte and confirmed. The status change took a day and then it was back on the production line! I was worryed about a few thing and e-mailed Justin, he replyed very fast and accuretly. My personal thanks goes out to Justin Woitte and the staff at XoticPC for making my first computer purchase online easy and hassle free.

XoticPC is one such company that when you deal with it, you get the rather familiar "it's too good to be true" feeling. But I've been using my laptop for a year now, and it's still going strong... So believe me when I say it, no doubt is it too good but it god damn true to it's word!

After a long time researching for a laptop, I stumbled upon Xotic PC. They had what I wanted at a lower price than their competitors. I had a few questions on some of the product which was answered very promptly by Justin, so I decided to order. I have had the laptop for a little over a month now and it is AWESOME and not a issue with it. I recommend all my friends and anyone else looking for a laptop to shop here, not only will their customer service take care of you they will give a great laptop at a great price. When I need another laptop, this is where I will be going.

My interest in purchasing a new laptop began last December when Alienware announced the new m17x. During the long (and still ongoing) wait for the release of that machine, I began rethinking what I actually wanted in a new mobile gaming unit. Upon doing research, I was made aware of Xotic PC as a reseller of Sager lap tops, and, in particular, Xotic's version of the Sager 9262. After building a mock version of my dream machine online at Xotic, I became aware of two VERY important and stunning features: 1) What Xotic could offer in terms of a Sager 9262 was infinitely more powerful than anything I could hope to get in the m17x and 2) my dream could come true as the price was outstanding!
Immediately, my mind changed and as soon as I had the proper personal financing in place, I began getting in touch with Xotic in order to place an order for my new machine. This process, the act of communicating with this company, was amazingly easy, simple and quick. Justin, my rep in this case, was readily available via PM and postings at Notebook and Laptop Reviews. I never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a reply to any question I had during my initial inquiry phase and in the evenings, if I sent a message to him, the next morning I received a prompt answer.
The build process was a breeze and I did this on the phone with Justin, the very person whom I communicated with electronically during my design phase. I even made a couple minimal changes to the order (in terms of extras) and Justin handles them accurately, easily and with no delay in my order fulfillment).
I opted to have my machine customized via painting and detailing and that, as stated in the order process, added a couple weeks to the build time. Let me just say that this was DEFINITELY worth it. Beyond being beautiful and a solid representation of what I wanted, it adds a durability to the machine in that it essentially has the same finish, shine, polish and protection that a car has.
The machine, in short, is superb and supremely powerful. I could not be happier with it and with all the service I have received from Xotic PC, either via Justin, their on-call staff during the day, or their 24/7 tech support (I had a couple questions after hours that were quickly and readily answerd).
I highly recommend Xotic PC. This is the easiest time I've had in purchasing a gaming rig and I've never experienced customer service so honest, fast and effective.
