I order a Maha C401FS rapid charger w/ 4 2200mAh AA batteries and car adapter. The order shipped out the same day via Airborne 2nd-day and arrived the next afternoon.  
 
The price was reasonable, the product was as described and the service was excellent. I would gladly do business with Maha again.

I ordered the MH-C401FS battery charger set and 8 additional 2200Mah Powerex batteries from their online shop. This is my first experience of ordering something from Internet. I'm living in Belgium. I wrote my e-mail adress wrong in the online order form. Immedialtely I contact the LIVE HELP. Thanks to "Roger" from live help he corrected my mistake and I received my confirmation e-mail after 5 minutes.  
The best thing which is a real surprise for me that my charger and my batteries they were in my hands today at 12.00 hours (31.07.2003).

The shipment tracking number that was supplied to me turned out to be incorrect, but when I sent an e-mail to customer services I received a reply within a day with the correct number. The package arrived the same day.  
 
In all, I was more than satisfied with the quality of service and the product is of equal quality.
