First order with binoculars.com. Very happy with the purchase. Item was in stock and the cost for 2 day shipping was very reasonable. Got the order on time and the automated emails kept me informed as to the status. I would order from them again, no problem so far!

Ordered Pentax binoculars on Saturday 8/16. Order confirmation email stated ETA Friday 8/22.  
 
Received email on Wednesday 8/19 stating binoculars had shipped on Monday, and received order on Thursday.  
 
The website order status never worked properly, I was supposed to be able to track my order but it showed 'pending' through Wednesday when it changed to 'shipped' with a tracking link that didn't work.  
 
Despite that I would buy from this merchant again, they delivered as promised.

Ordered their Zhumell 25X100 binoculars with free shipping on Saturday and they arrived that following Thursday! Had the FedEx confirmation email on Monday so I could track my package. The aluminum case was in a custom bubble wrap sleeve instead of just a few hap-hazard pieces. The binos are perfect and the view is wondrous. I took them to work and everyone was amazed at my giant binoculars - they were envious. I was hesitant to order because of the other poor reviews but I loved the price, free shipping and no tax - and I came out a winner!!!

Ordered a tripod on Wednesday. It was shipped on Thursday, and I received it Saturday morning (with the free shipping option which said FedEd 7-10 business days) Good price with Google Checkout, too!

Too easy, ordered on a thursday, received a pair of canon IS binos on the following Tuesday, free and tracked shipping thoughout! great price and packed really well, an important consideration when shipping image stabalized optics.

Most online vendors wouldn't even put your stuff in a box in that amount of time. I'll be checking here first from now on.

Ordered a pair of Nikon Binoculars on Wednesday afternoon. 2 hours later I recieved an email saying they were shipped. The binoculars arrived on Friday afternoon. They were very friendly and helpful when I order over the phone. I will be ordering from them again.

Excellent service. Ordered a Bushnell H2O 12X42 and had it in hand within 2 days!  
 
Product quality is as expected. Good for the price I paid.

Competitive pricing, easy ordering, helpful staff and quick fulfillment and shipping!

Wow... Was looking for a telescope and shopped all the usual retailers, to include J&R and B&H. This was a new company to me and there was no feedback other than the one review here so I decided to call. The sales person I talked to (Karie) was great. She reviewed all the telescopes in my price/feature range and helped me choose one that fit my needs. While talking with her I found the same unit using Froogle for $40.00 less with LL Bean (go figure). She said it was a great deal and to call and confirm it was the same unit. After talking to LL Bean the Nexstar 80GT telescope with shipping was $282.00 but the rep was ill informed and couldn’t tell me anything more than what was already on the website. That being said binoculars.com was still $40 out of the ball park. I called binoculars back and spoke with the same rep and explained that it was significantly less with another online retailer. I explained that because of the great service I was inclined to purchase from them but that the price gap was a gating factor. After a short delay while she checked pricing and inventory, she was able to sell me the unit for $299 with shipping. Close enough... this sellers knowledge and patience on the phone while assisting me was invaluable. I paid the extra dollars hoping that service like this will continue and possibly spread to other retailers. I had a fantastic experience with this seller.

Fedex dropped the ball on a delivery of Fujinon 7x50 FMTRC-SX binoculars and refunded the delivery charges. Binoculars.com failed to pass on this refund ($39.80). After the transaction, binoculars.com refused to reply to any of my e-mails regarding this matter. Great pair of binos but shabby treatment by this vendor.

This seller sells inferior products! I bought a magnifying glass which cost me $18! and it's all made of plastic and a look at the glass reveal that it is not well focus. The glass itself did not align properly in position in the metal holder, tinted at an angle!  
 
The sales person is helpful, but the product they sell is expensive. I can get another similiar one in Amazon for only $10, and made in Japan!
