Love the fans and quick shipping, but order was missing one set of rubber mounting gromets

Everything arrived and worked flawlessly. My system is nice and quiet (although not quite a quiet as I would like, I would like dead silence :).

Ordered on Sunday was shipped on Monday. Smooth transaction with good feedback from Silenx. High

Bought 2*80mm 14dba fans. Very fast shipping. Ordered on Sunday night 2/27 and well packed. Replaced PSU fans on a 500W PSU with these SilenX, and they made a big different. So quiet that sometimes I don't even know my PC is on!

My order was taken and I had a tracking number within 19 minutes. I've never seen anything so fast. It was processed AND shipped in less than 20 minutes. Received it on time (Fedex 2day) and was impressed by how quiet it was. In fact, I need to order a second one now because my power needs are so beefy, and one of the SilenX techs is helping me make an educated decision on which power supply to buy and how to use them together. Very personalized support, great products. Will do as much business as possible with them!

i have a (notoriously loud) Apple Quicksilver G4, and have been working for a very long time to quiet it, and still keep it cool.  
 
this fan IS quieter than a Panaflo, and other fans that i have tried. (the panaflo has an annoying ticking sound from the bearings) BUT the Panaflo does push more air at higher speeds.  
fortunately i dont need to push loads of air. This fan MORE than does its job, and it does it almost silently!  
 
OF ALL THE FANS THAT I HAVE TRIED, THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT ACTUALLY IMPRESSED ME!  
 
VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I am going to buy another 120mm a 80mm (possibly 2)  
 
(unlike other customers) the fan was shipped in professional packaging.  
 
the only problem that i have with this fan is the price.. WAY WAY too much for a fan. They do include an adaptor, sleeved wires, and rubber mounts as well as screws, but i hardly think it is worth twice as much as other quiet fans.  
 
BUT i am still pleased with my purchase, i have found no other fan that is this quiet!!  
 
my computer is used for a lot of audio editing and i have a very sensitive ear, i highly recommend this fan to anyone trying to quiet their computer.

good communication about the web purchase, all stages are closed with an email. Products where perfectly boxed and shipped (also real quick to europe).  
The track and confirmation number that I got in an email didn't work, an e-mail that I wrote on that subject is still not answered

Easy to order, good choice of dellivery options. Lacked some info on the value of the content you put on the box for VAT reasons. I was asked to send the original invoice and had to pay 25% VAT on the invoice amount. If I knew you have a value printed on the package it would be easier for me to pay lower VAT.  
 
So far I am happy with the product but I was hoping more on the lower sound. Maybe this is a nevending project to have a silent PC with fans. But I was hoping for the PSU and fans to be even more silent. Anyway the PSU provides more effect and does not create more noice than my old PSU so I will need it to support harddrives and cards with sufficent power.

Great fans - high quality and very quiet. I replaced my aluminum case fans and what a difference! The typical aluminum "hum" went down by 2/3rds, it seems. I only wish 60mm fans had RPM detection (like 80mm ones).  
 
USPS Priority Mail shipping was fast (3 days). I emailed a question and got a prompt response back, which is very nice.  
 
Overall, SilenX seems to have a unique product with their fans.

This was my third power supply from these guys. The noise levels are as advertised, that is quite low. I will be buying more soon.
