The power supply works great, and is extemely quiet. I only wish that it had more than 6 (and longer) power connectors. Now my only problem is that everything else sounds loud.
First time shopping with SilenX. Product was exactly what I was looking for and was glad to see an online shop on there website. Ordered on April 11th and was delivered April 19th to Dublin, Ireland which I was very happy with.

I had a good overall experience with silenx. Navigating thru the website and making the purchase was fast and easy. I got the case fan within a couple of days. The only problem was that the fan did not work so I got an RMA and received another one. I've had it for a couple of months now and it works great and is very quiet. They have a great product and back it up with great customer service.
Outstanding products - basically, their fans are virtually silent, but still push enough air in most cases to fulfill hardcore needs. May not be suitable for overclocked systems, but if you want to build a silent system with air cooling, SilenX fans are unbeatable. I build custom arcade video game solutions and now only use SilenX fans. Their website can be somewhat difficult to use - it can be browser sensitive, sometime pages don't show up well, and it is somewhat difficult to navigate. Their product is worth the effort. They need a new webmaster and ISP and better advertising. I can say their service has been excellent. Usually orders ship the same day or within one day of ordering and get here within a day or two. I haven't had any problems with their products yet, so I can't say how well their customer service works. If they fix their website, they will be an outstanding company.
Seems to be a good company to do business with. I accidentally hit the "submit order" button twice. When I checked my order status I saw two order numbers for the exact same item. I called them the next day and was quickly connected to Mike who assured me I would only be billed for and receive 1 order. True to his word, In short-order I received an e-mail confirming our conversation. Fast honest service is what sets so many compaies apart today...SilenX is obviously one of the "good guys"...
I can't comment on the delivery or product performance at this time, but will update when my order arrives.
Update 04/06/05...All is well. Prompt delivery, easy to contact by phone, PSU works as promised. Will order from them again for some case fans...

Good experience, one fan I received was not working, I got a 24 hour turn around email from Silenx and they are sending me a new one. Good customer service.
I really like your fans. They are very very quiet and well designed. For first time usage, you have to wait up to 20 minutes for max speed.
As of now, the 60 and 92mm fans are not RPM equipped but, hope in the near future (as told) they will be RPM ready; mostly because nowadays heatsinks start mounting 92mm fans.
Keep it up with the good job, and make sure: just be ahead of the curve!
