Awesome experience! I contacted Peter Kim, the owner, about the possibility of shipping to an APO address since that wasn't an option on the web page order form. He graciously offered to do so, and at a shipping price that was more than fair considering I was ordering a heavy power supply unit. As for the PSU itself, he gave me technical insight as to which PSU would work best on my Japanese current, and the reasons why. He quickly and patiently answered my many questions, and I can honestly say this was the best one-on-one service I've ever received during a web purchase. Mr. Kim has a winner with his SilenX site!
