I bought two fans. The order was processed very quickly.

I live in the UK, and was having trouble sourcing SilenX fans within this country - the few resellers seemed to be out of stock. I got fed up waiting, and ended up ordering directly from SilenX.com, and was more than happy with the service! It arrived very quickly, and cost pretty much the same as the UK resellers were charging anyway - I just wish I hadn't waited so long to order direct! The fans themselves are of excellent quality, and are indeed silent.

Excellent products, fast delivery, highly recommended

The quality of the product is great. The fans are silent. However,  
the quality of the connectors was pretty bad. I ordered 3 fans. The  
80mm came as expected. One 60 mm came with a 2 pin connector ( I  
thought they all came with 3 pin connectors?) The other 60mm came  
with the correct 3 pin connector but one of the crimped terminals had  
not been seated in the connector and promptly fell out.  
 
No big deal for most techies but still not the quality I expected...  

Shipped and received promptly. Would purchase from Silenx again.

Purchased two 9dBa fans, delivered promptly and at reasonable cost.

Like the website, very nice design, easy to navigate. Clear pictures and info. Quick delivery, but I didn't get an email confirmation for my order or a shipping confirmation either. I paid by PayPal (which is a great feature and appreciated) so I received a payment confirmation via email. Perhaps SilenX wished to cut down on the inbox clutter and let that serve as order confirmation. Overall good experience.

Very quick delivery, ordered on Sunday and received the fans on Tuesday.  
The fans are extremely quiet, I can't even hear them and are the quietest ones I've been able to find anywhere.

In search of quiet quality fans, I compared several companies' fan product specifications and many customer reviews of various fans. Silenx claimed the quietest fans, and had great customer reviews.  
 
I bought two 11db and three 14db 80mm fans. I've used the 11db as case fans, and I voided my power supply warranty by replacing the original two psu fans with Silenx 14db fans. I'm glad I did. The four fans are so quiet I have a hard time hearing them from a foot away. (The fifth fan awaits an 60mm-80mm adapter.)  
 
How was Silenx service? Well, I needed to change my order a little after I first submitted it, and also change the 'ship to' address. I called the company number, got a live person (named Alex) in five seconds who was easygoing and helpful and did the stuff I needed the first time around. And my fans arrived right on time based on my shipping choice.  
 
I thought the prices were fine for my plain black/high quality fans. (I don't need the LED stuff, so I hope these folks keep offering the unlighted fans.) I like the noise-fighting, rubber-like alternative mounting studs. I [i]really[/i] like the length of power cable on each fan: it reaches all my motherboard's fan-power outlets, unlike other brands of fans I've had that all seem to have come with shorter power cables.

Purchasing a fan? Not as easy as it sounds, at least not to me. After hours of reading, researching, comparing the noise levels, speeds, reading reviews, yes perhaps I've gone along ways further the i needed to. But I feel that I've done that for a good cause, for those who read this! If you have a question where to buy your fan, it's this very happy consumers opinion that silenx is undoubtedly the answer. I was very pleased when the LEDs fans were offered, and I chose the ixtrema blue LED. I do not know how they did it, I have never seen plastic so clear, if this fan was a household light fixture, it would be a crystal chandelier, no kidding!  
 
And quiet? What fan I don't hear a fan. Really I don't see how a fan good movie air and not make noise. But these babies have got to be as quiet as possible. In regards to shipping, again I do not how they do it, ordered Saturday received Monday. And I live in the state of Maine, and to my knowledge they do not have a warehouse here.
