Great service! Shipped the day after I placed the order, arrived about 4 business days later (to Canada). I had some problems with the cart and I e-mailed him back; the SAME DAY he responded and agreed to a refund. Definetely the best customer service I've ever dealt with; if I ever needed anything from his store again I'd go to him for sure.

Great eBusiness!!! I was refered to the site from a Gameboy Advance information site, and was very nervous about making a purchase from them. After searching Google for "Jandaman.com reviews" I came across their highly impressive feedback on resellerratings.com. I work for a company that is also listed on resellerratings, which I believe takes great pride in the work we do, but after seeing that he beats our score out I felt very safe in my purchase from his company.  
It was a great decesion too, because after I ordered my item, it went out of stock on his site. No one else had this item and I was bummed that it would probably not ship. I e-mailed him asking about the status of my order, and recieved a prompt reply later that nighttelling me "mine would ship"!!! This made my week!!! I recieved the item in A++ condtion a couple days later, with a very cool wooden box retail packing [which my GF promptly added to her collection hehe] and up and running within 15 mins of opening it. Very easy to use software located on the items page, made getting started a painless task, and a basic readme got me started on the right track. Overall Jandaman runs a very smooth, professional business. He takes time to keep people give people an order status and ships super fast. Fast shipping, got an invoice e-mail and an e-mail alerting me that they have shipped, they shipped out ASAP. Got the item fast. Only bad thing I can think of is that they shipped the Super Smartjoy(SNES to USB adapter) that has a flimsy box in a padded envelope, so the box was sort of smashed. Other then that, great.

This store is nothing short of amazing - i knew Jandaman before (he's a goon at SomethingAwful), and my previous transaction (a gameboy advance flash cart) was incredibly smooth.  
 
So, I order an S-Joy converter for Stepmania - ships next day, and gets here two days later.

Very pleased with the entire purchase from start to finish. Company has the lowest prices (by a large margin). Online ordering was simple with PayPal. Placed order on Monday, received item on Thursday. I will definitely do business with them again when I am looking for products that they carry.

Made a purchase form this store after thanksgiving. Recieved a confirmation right away. On Monday the item said it was shipped on the website. It is now thursday and the product arrived. Everything was sent as stated in the order. Excellent resseller. I went with this seller by the ratings on this board.Will definitely do business again in the future.

Great customer service. I live in Canada, and the item reached me exactly 7 days after I placed my order. Lightning fast shipping! Also, Jandaman.com really impressed me with their willingness to price match. After I provided the requisite information to them, they price matched with no hassles! I even got my item for $5 US cheaper than the other site!!! The products I ordered work great (so far...). Overall, I am very impressed with Jandaman.com and will refer them to all of my friends. I bought here a VGA box for the X-Box so I could hook up my Xbox to a computer monitor when I LAN up for Halo (and Halo 2 when it comes out).  
 
He states that he was ships only on Fridays, Wednesdays, and Mondays, so I was kind of bummed, but I ended up getting it via USPS the day after I placed the order. I placed the order Thursday morning and got the package friday.

i just bought a linker kit and this thing is awesome. i ordered it on monday and received it saturday, which is pretty damn good. he sent it out tuesday and i got it in 4 bus. days, not bad. plus the shipping was only 2.90!! will def., buy from again for future needs. you can trust this guy, awesome seller.
