We were very pleased with the Sony LCS-CSH Soft Carrying Case that we purchased from New World Video Direct. Our new sony Cybershot fits nicely into the case with room for the extra's. It can even hold a mini tripod in a special pocket in the bottom of the case. The price was lower than other sellers and arrived within the promised time.

I highly recommend NWV Direct because their service and customer service is awesome. I realized at the last minute that the new teleconversion lens I bought for my 2 wk safari trip needed an adapter in order to use it. Problem was it was aroud 4pm on a Monday and I was leaving the next afternoon. I called NWV Direct and asked if it was possible to still get next day shipping due to how late it was in the day already. The customer service rep put me on hold and took the time to find out exactly whether they could process the order and make it out in time for overnight shipping. He came back and said yes, he could! He went out of his way to make sure that they received the order properly by telling to me to hang up, order it online, and call him back so that he can ensure the order was received and get it shipped out that afternoon. I was very impressed with the customer service. And was SO appreciative that they did what they had to to get the order out ASAP. I received the lens adaptor the next morning in time for my flight... and I was able to use my zoom lens for my safari trip. Thanks NWV for the great service! I will definitely be ordering from you guys again.

The website was a snap. Got my order (two rechargeable camera batteries) in three days with standard delivery charge. Lowest price of any store by far. Mark me satisfied.

Sure seemed like a bait & switch. I ordered an Olympus flash and was told it was on back-order and was talked into a Vivitar flash fore a price that was $70 more than other vendors. I called to complain and they said that it was a better flash than elsewhere (which they later agreed was the same flash.) After much hassle they agreed to refund me $70. So in summary I ended getting the flash I never really wanted for a price that I could have gotten elsewhere with no hassle and I could have gotten free shipping elsewhere too.  
I just hate feeling like I'm being messed around with. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM NWV Direct AGAIN. You decide for yourself.

I have been very happy with NWV Direct both times I have purchased. I love having a camera battery charger that works both in the car or in a regular plug. Also Customer Service was very polite and helpful when I called. Great job!

Replacement NB-5L battery for CanonIS700 shipped fast and worked flawlessly. Recommended.

Tried to pull the classic bait and switch. I ordered a Canon brand charger for my camcorder and they called me two days later to say it was out of stock, and would I like this no-name brand charger for the same price. I asked why the website said it was in stock, and they said it takes a couple days to update the website. When I pointed out that it had been a couple days since my order, and the product is still listed as "in stock", they had no explanation. When I confronted them and told them they were practicing bait and switch tactics, they pretended to not know what that meant, said "We'll cancel your order, have a nice day" and hung up.

Item was Out of Stock and their website did not state so. I received a call notifying me of its Back Ordered status. At the moment I chose to wait but then after some thought I decided to cancel it. I filled out the form and the Paypal charge was promptly refunded.  
 
Also as a note please read other reviews before ordering. If you have any trouble getting a hold of a real person on the phone leave a low rated review and wait 5 minutes. Its either good customer service or desperate for ratings.
