Realice la compra de un gran angular Canon WD-H43, me lo cobraron y a los 4 dias me llamaron para decirme que estaba en Back Order, luego llamaron para pedir disculpas por lo sucedido y reintegraron el importe. Deberían verificar su stock antes de poner artículos a la venta, le hacen perderle el tiempo a la gente.

I purchased an extended battery for our new JVC camcorder. It was our first purchase with NWV Direct. The battery was larger than I had found and the price was good. It shipped promptly. A good buying experience for us.

I bought a lens adapter for my Lumix DMC-FZ35 camera. The price was right and I was very impressed with the speed my order was filled and delivered. The item came in it's retail box, well packaged. I would definitely use NWVDirect.com again.

I was giving a tracking number for my shipment within three days of my ordering and the item was delivered roughly four days after that. Quick delivery and a great product! I am very pleased with the service and I will most likely order from this company again.

I ordered the charger. They sent me email to call them. They did not have the item, as of Oct 8th, 2009. They were trying to sell me other item. Canceled the order. They did not charged my credit card. They should state "out of stock". Waisted a week. Bait-and-switch scheme.

A very helpful company. Called for clarification on my order and shipped quickly! Will order again!

I made the order and the very next day I got the call that the Kodak Charger and battery they had listed for $27 was backordered for 6 weeks. I have emailed and gotten the response that it is still back ordered.  
10/05/09 Update after posting my review I was contacted by NWV Direct and they stated they would ship me the item. It arrvied on 10/09/09. I am glad to have the item that I ordered.

Watch out for these clown's!!! They pulled the old "Bait and Switch" scam on me. After ordering a Canon brand battery charger(CG800,they of course offered the lowest price to draw you in)I received a phone call from NWV Direct that they were sold out of this charger and every body else was too. And it would be several weeks before they would get more in if ever.  
"But they could offer me a much more expensive universal one for the same price because of me being inconvenienced". Well I took the bait and got hooked. Its called the "Bait and Switch Scam". Google it. Look on the internet and you'll see more examples of this from NWV Direct. The charger I got is a cheap attempt and sells for much less that the one I ordered. As of today Oct5th, the company jumped right on my problem because of the post. They offered to refund my money which I did get. But they never apologize or explain the original scam they pulled. The rep who called cited lots of satisfied customers but again would not address my claim of a purposeful pulled scam. So buyer beware!

I am a retired engineer from a large aerospace corporation. For many years, one of my responsibilities was purchasing a variety of hi tech parts, that had to arrive immediately, in perfect shape, and meet stringent specs. The price, of course, was never argued. So, was a pleasant surprise to receive the part I ordered less than a week before, professionally packaged, matching my optics perfectly, and with an excellent finish, at my door. A service that I used to pay hundreds of dollars for similar parts, from NWV: $5.40 plus $2.60 for shipping!!! OUTSTANDING!

I recently purchased a battery from nwv. The order waas filled quickly and sent quickly. I had a lot of questions about my purchase after I received it and sent several emails to which I got a quick response. I was not certain the battery was the correct one but was reassured it was and after checking other information I believe they were correct in what they told me. I will go along with their recomendation and use the battery for the purpose I bought it. Good response and very quick...........satisfied. Paul

It was a pleasure doing business with NWV Direct. The pricing of the items ordered were fair and the delivery was faster than I expected. The items arrived wrapped in their original manufacturer,s wrapping. Based on this experience I would rate NWV an excellent Internet supplier.

I found good prices at NWV Direct, and after reading good ratings for their site, I ordered a genuine Canon Battery and charger from them. Everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped! I received the Canon products in retail packages, and my order shipped quickly. I would not hesitate to order from NWV Direct again.

Order process couldn't have been easier and the seller was very efficient with email notifications and updates of my order. Will use again.
