I ordered a Nikon flash for my camera, they didn’t have the one I wanted and sent me a different one, I didn’t like it I sent it back, we tried again with another unit and same thing it, Charlie worked with me the best he could and nothing seemed to satisfy me, I finally asked if they would get the one I really wanted and he said they couldn’t and therefore refunded all my purchase amount. This went on for a couple of months. He could have gotten the flash but the cost would be too high compared to another retailer, I mentioned them by name and he said they were good to work with, I checked them out on this site and their ratings were high enough for me to buy from them.  
But should I need anything else I'll call Charlie first to see if they have it before going else where,

I bought a new camera online for my wife for Christmas and needed an extra battery. The place that sold the camera had batteries but they were extremely expensive so I searched the internet and by far NWV Direct was the cheapest. I actually got the extra battery before I received the camera. I have since given the information to my wife so she could order a few other accessories for her camera as well as mine. The prices are great, the shipping reasonable and the timeliness awesome - I would not hesitate making any future purchases from this company which I nopw have bookmarked!

I ordered a charger for a Canon EOS Rebel camera and I was very satisfied with the service. The cost was very reasonable. I expected to wait 7 to 10 business days to receive my merchandise and was very surprised when it was at my house within 2 days. I would recommend your company along with making future purchases myself.

I ordered online a Garmin Nuvi International GPS a/c charger & intl. wall outlet adapters. NWV called to say the item was back-ordered but would send me a more expensive substitute for the same price. It arrived 3 days later (from NY to AZ). That was impressive.  
 
It turns out the substitute did not come with the European wall outlet adapters. Within a few hours of my sending an email about this disappointment, NWV responded that I was to keep their GPS charger and my credit card was being refunded immediately.  
 
After 20+ years working customer service with Alaska Airlines, I recognize EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. New World Video went above and beyond and I will gladly do business with them in the future. (It will be cheap and easy to buy the adapters at Radio Shack or elsewhere; but it is always hard to find such excellent customer service! Thank you, NWV Direct!)

I ordered a name brand (Olympus)charger and received a cheap non-name brand item (CTA Mini Battery Charger)for 10x the price that same items costs on Amazon!  
Look it up - the CTA Mini Battery Charger costs from $4-$16 on all other websites.  
Imagine getting it for $59 when your ordered an Olympus brand charger? I was mortified but that was nothing compared to how their customer service people treated me. RUDE is an understatement!

Same story as the rest. They advertised an Olympus Fl-36R flash and I ordered it. Yes, they called me also within an hour, at work. Insisted I try this other flash for the Olympus was back ordered. I agreed. I then did some research and found the flash they substituted to be sub standard and called them right back. Of course the flash was already shipped. I then tried to email for a return authorization number, but no one responded at all. Tried four times. Then I began to call. Each time I called they said I needed to speak with someone else, who was not there. Then I also got "Charlie". He said someone would email me a return number, but no one did. I called again, now the fifth time and now they said there are not returns on flashes though the site boasts of a 21 satisfaction guarantee. Hope you see this before you buy. Do a little research and save yourself some grief. They will bait you with an add, but you will be getting a call. They only honor small items like batteries. Oh, if you check their web site, they now have the Olympus flash for $7.00 cheeper than when I ordered it---though it's back ordered. go figure.

These guys were great. I was in a hurry and looked all over the area for the mic that I needed, but alas, it was nowhere to be found. I had no choice but to order online, even though I was on a tight schedule. They delivered within just a few days--thank goodness! I'm going to New World Video Direct first next time. Order the Sony AC-VQH10 AC Power Adapter / Charger with Display For H Series Lithium-Ion Batteries ACVQH10 for my Sony Handycam. The price was unbeatable and the battery arrived within a week. These guys did a GREAT job.

Ordered a Nikon SB600 flash this weekend; Got message on Monday; Called back and talked to Sal, he claimed the item is "out of stock", and Nikon will ship 3-4 weeks. So he tried to sell me a 3rd party flash instead; I rejected and told him I can wait; The order was later cancelled - MAKE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT
