Don't waste your time dealing with these people. I ordered a Canon CG-580 battery charger from them and got the bait and switch. They pushed a Vivitar as the Canon one was on backorder for 6-8 weeks as it was being redesigned for safety reasons. I'm pretty sure that was complete B.S. Luckily, I checked here before I ordered and expected this to happen. The price was good enough that I decided to give it a shot. Wont' be doing that again. They did cancel my order and I will now be ordering from B&H.

I had a great experience with NWV Direct. The lens adaptor and zoom lens product I ordered was high quality, a great value and the best price I found on the web. The order came within one day of my internet order submission. I did not know how to use the product and called customer service . I received very professional and courteous service. I would do business again with this site and would recommend it to others.

I could'nt be more satisfied with my Sony tripod, it performs perfectly. And what a nice price, I saved $56.76 including state tax over buying from the big box ( Best Buy ) store. Shipping was fast, and product was packaged very well. Thank You NWV Direct! I'll Be Back. Mark

Do not use this company - they use dishonest sales techniques and then ask for restocking fees after using a bait and switch tactic to send you what you don't want. Check out PhotographyReview.com to see how many other customers are experiencing the exact same thing - BEWARE and AVOID. Time to call the BBB and Attorney General of NY.

I recently purchased a back up battery for my digital camera from New World Video Direct. The price was excellent and the battery arrived in the time stated. I would recoment New World Video Direct to anyone looking for a good price on batteries.

I placed an order on thursday afternoon and the part arrived the next day at 1pm. The price of the part was less than half the amount that BestBuy was asking for the same identical part. I didn't beleive that it would get there before I left on a trip to Mexico saturday mornimng early. Thanks for the excellant service...........

The batteries I ordered and received were the exact fit for my camera. They work great.

I was very happy with my purchase. The main reason for selecting this company was the price since I had never dealt with them previously. The second reason was that the item was a Sony packaged product, where I had no reason to suspect that my purchase would be anything but good. I was very pleased with the response to my purchase; I was kept in the loop about shipping and the emails were very professional. The package arrived in a timely manner and the packaging was fine.

I placed an order for a Canon BP-315 battery. Today I received an email saying there was a problem with the order. When I called I was told the item was back-ordered and it could be 4-6 weeks. Then they tried to sell me a 3rd party battery. I have 3rd party batteries that don't seem to be working well so I was specifically avoiding them to buy a true Canon battery.  
 
There was no indication on their website that the Canon battery was back ordered. In fact when I look now it still states that it ships in 1-2 days. This transaction feels like a bate-&-switch.  
 
To be fair though the guy didn't push the 3rd party battery too hard and he did cancel my order.

I ordered Sony F36am flash. They called and told me that it was backordered by Sony. They tried to switch me to a Vivitar flash. I don't like the way they do business. Bait and switch.  
Don't waste your time doing business with them. All products that you want are out of their stock.

I was looking for a camera for my wife. I had look at several web sites, but when I found RefurbDepot.com I was delighted. I found a camera like mine, and at a price lower than I paid. I ordered it, and It arrived in about seven days. I have scense ordered several things from RefurbDepot.com . It's five stars.

I ordered a battery charger that was out of stock, so I was told to contact Bella Cao. She was most informative and I purchased another charger that she had recommended. I was totally shocked when my charger was delivered the next day. You don't have feedback but this was the quickest shipment in my 10 years of buying online. Thanks Bella.

I looked at many different sites to find a quality lens adapter for my G10. I finally found it at NWV Direct. The Bower 58mm lens adapter is great, the price was right, and I received it quicker than anticipated. The adapter fits snuggly on my camera. I like that it can be divided into a shorter length adapter if you don't plan on doing much zooming in. I use the adapter for a HD wide angle and a macro lens.

We didn't know what size filters we needed, and their customer service rep was VERY helpful in figuring it out for us. We ordered the filters, they were shipped right away, and we're very pleased with them. Nice, clean packagaging, and they even came with a nice carry case which we didn't expect. Excellent!
