I ordered a new, hi capacity battery for my new Panasonic FZ-35. The process was easy (online), got immediate confirmation and the battery was delivered two days EARLIER than expected. Great prices, great service, look no further than NWV direct. Its a sure thing

Overall i like this company. They have many items at very competitive prices. I ordered a battery for my camera so i'd have an extra while i was up in vermont shooting the fall colors. I payed $11.00 for 2 day shipping just to make sure i'd get the battery before i left. They shipped my item using priority mail, which should have cost me only $6.00. When i brought this to there attention they told me that "they give extra money to the post office to ensure a quick delivery". I believe thats called 2 day express mail. Hey, isn't that what i payed for? I sell stuff on ebay and i know that priority mail takes 2- 4 days. And 2 day express takes 2 days. luckily i live pretty close to NWV, thats one of the reasons why i ordered from them in the first place. I wanted to make sure i was close enough to get the battery in time. I did receive the item in 2 days, but thats normal for shipping from new york to connecticut where i live using priority mail.( about 100 miles) But i ordered 2 day service just to be absolutely sure. In there email they even asked me if i received the battery in 2 or 3 days,.. 2 or 3 days?, I ORDERED 2 day service, NOT PROBABLY 2 day service. It's only 5 dollars, but i just feel like they took advantage of me alittle. I may use them again, but i won't pay for 2 day express mail, Remember, there 2 day express really means 2-4 day priority. Thanks for letting me vent.

Low Price, no stock. Do not trust them. They ask you to call so they can sell you something else

One of the worst experiences I have ever had was when I purchased camera supplies from NWV Direct (newworldvideodirect.com). The first thing they did was charge me an extraordinary price for a very cheap set of lenses (about 5 times as much, claiming they were the top of the line when they called to switch me). After threatening to file a chargeback, they reluctantly reduced the price to what everyone else was charging on the net. The next problem I had was when they sent me a battery they swore was the right one for my camera. The problem of course, was that it did not work. Apparently the battery has a thermocouple that my camera needs to have normally closed. The battery they sent me was normally open. I sent it back at my expense and they sent me the same battery. I sent it back again at my expense again explaining exactly why the battery did not work. They once again sent me back the same battery. I took the time to make a video for these clowns, clearly showing the difference in the voltage and also the resistance. I also put both batteries in my camera, showing the error that their battery caused. I sent them the DVD and the battery requesting a refund, if they could not find the correct battery. What do you think they did? That's right, these clowns sent back the same battery again. I guess they feel that they can just rip us off any time they want. This fiasco  
went on for a year before I gave up. I also noticed that an overwhelming number of their short positive reviews seem to be written by the same person and all of them only made 1 review. Coincidence? Or more trickery? Be forewarned, in my opinion, these are crooks who could not care less about ethics.

I just wanted to say, how thoroughly satisfied I am with my purchase. I got great service and a quality product at the best price. I will be shopping with NWV Direct in the near future.

This is the second time that I ordered from NWV Direct. I have been very pleased with the merchandise as well as the speed with which I received my order on both occasions.

I couldn't believe how competitive the pricing was of the camera batteries I ordered from New World Video Direct. I found other websites pricing them at 3x what NWV sold them to me. I was pleased, also, with the tracking system that told me exactly, each day, where my order was. Berni Nash

I purchased an extended battery for our new JVC camcorder. It was our first purchase with NWV Direct. The battery was larger than I had found and the price was good. It shipped promptly. A good buying experience for us.

I bought a lens adapter for my Lumix DMC-FZ35 camera. The price was right and I was very impressed with the speed my order was filled and delivered. The item came in it's retail box, well packaged. I would definitely use NWVDirect.com again.

I was giving a tracking number for my shipment within three days of my ordering and the item was delivered roughly four days after that. Quick delivery and a great product! I am very pleased with the service and I will most likely order from this company again.
