I have ordered many items from yesasia.com like dvds and cds. Shipping is the cheapest out there and all have come before the expected arival time of 10-18 days. Browsing the site is a breeze and customer service is top notch. Possibly the best place I have ordered from ever

Lots of imported games, reasonable price. "Super Saver" shipping method is free and I got the game in 4 days instead of "10 to 15 days" as stated on the website. I will buy from them again next time.

I was extremely impressed by the customer service at YesAsia. The product I initially received was defective, so I sent it back for a return. Customer response was very quick and efficient, and felt that the company made it a high priority to resolve my problem.

Great place (actually the best in US) if you are looking for Asian stuff (especially Korean and Japanese). I have bought about 20 Japanese CDs from them, and dealing was easy and perfect all the time.

Great first transaction with this retailer. Bought one item, shipped using Super Saver option, and received in one week. Was notified about shipping date. No problems and would definitely consider buying from again.

I ordered a Hori VF4:Evo fighting stick from Yesasia.com on December 4th, and was surprised to find an email the next day asking to confirm my credit card information. After verifying my information, I started waiting for the confirmation email that my order has been shipped.  
 
It's now January 4th, and I still haven't seen word of my order from YesAsia. I logged in to check the status several times over the past month, and just recently they have finally shipped my purchase to their US warehouse. According to their policy though, any orders that can't be completed within 14 days are supposed to be cancelled, and since my money has been claimed and the 14 days passed without word from them, I'm very upset with their service.  
 
Overall, I would NOT recommend a purchase from Yesasia.com due to their terrible communication and slow service.

I placed an order with yesasia for some hard to find Hong Kong action movies and anime DVDs. After some initial problems with my credit cards – which took 5 days or so to resolve the dispatch and shipping of the Dvds took place very promptly and I had received my DVDs in under a week.I live in the UK and either couldn’t find the DVDs I wanted or they where prohibitly expensive, I found yesasia to provide both value for money and a quick service – even when I opted for the free shipping. I would recommend them to friends and will defiantly be purchasing from them in the future.

I have ordered from yesasia.com very many times, and have yet to have any problems. I ordered my last three items from yesasia.com less than two weeks ago, and it was shipped right away; I received it in less than a week. Love their service too! Highly recommended!

I was disheartened to discover that both items (iidx controller and iidx 6th style) were out of stock at yesasia even though the website listed them both as in stock. That said, I was extremely happy with the customer service when I called to ask about the items, and yesasia was already searching to get me the items as soon as possible. When a week had gone by and they only had one item in their hands, I made it apparent to them that I wanted the products by the next weekend and to ship me what they could when they could. They were extremely agreeable and helpful, and sent out the controller first and the game the next day (since it came in right after they sent the controller out). No additional charge for shipping, and from order date to delivery date was exactly two weeks. For the price I paid on the items and the CSR's willingness to work with me to get me the items as fast as they could, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase at yesasia and would recommend them to others.  
 
My only complaint was that I couldnt call ahead of time to find out about the items since they dont list a phone number on their website, so here it is if you would like to check on items before making a purchase. (888)716-5753
