I was relatively well impressed with this order. The prices showed no significant discount, but there were a number of titles available which I had not been able to find elsewhere. Shipping charges are reasonable on small orders, and waived on many larger orders. The shipment was put in the mail withing two days and arrived in a timely manner - in this case slightly less than one week. There is an offer to receive one selected title for free with the purchase of three specific titles. I have taken this and been somewhat satisfied, but the list of available bonus titles is fairly thin.

I recently preordered the CD of a Japanese artist from YesAsia. After checking around, they had the best price, with free shipping and a discount for first time customers. I asked that they ensure that the CD I ordered was the limited edition, and was pleased that they replied within a day that they would make sure of it. The CD shipped the day after release, and arrived very nicely packaged within a week. I am very pleased with their service and speed, and am glad that they are making it affordable to import japanese music.

I placed the order and it was promptly shipped. I received an e-mail letting me know it was shipped. I had to request tracking information before I got it but that is a minor complaint. The item arrived promptly and in proper condition. I am very happy with the service I received and I expect to order from yesasia.com again.

Ordered 3 CDs. Used Paypal (I'd rather let it go through paypal than key in my credit card number, I avoid it as much as possible). Free shipping deal is great. I'm in no hurry to get my items. Items actually arrived 5 days earlier than scheduled.

This is one of the best japan stuff shopping site i've found in the web;here you can find a lot of rarities and classics.I bought a very rare "ceramic white" memory card for Playstation 2,enjoying their fast shipping service.Also good for special offers at the "bargain corner".Excellent.

Ordered a DVD. It came off the hub during shipping and got scratched up. I contacted YesAsia and they were helpful. They had me pay for the return s/h which was about $15, but they credited me back when they got the item and they shipped out the replacement quickly.

First purchase here. Bought a music CD. Noteworthy events as follows:  
 
1) Make sure you take note of the availability. Unless it says "In Stock", it's not in stock. For example, mine said something like should be shipped within 7 days. What that means is that it's not in stock and they need to buy it from some other vendor. In my case this process took 9 days.  
 
2) I can't find any customer support emails, aka there are no customer support emails. After 7 days passed I wanted to ask them how much longer it's gonna be. They do supposedly have toll-free telephone numbers but I didn't bother. Might as well save them some money.  
 
3) The shipping is free on orders above $25, which is the shipping option I took. WHen they finally sent me a shipping confirmation, there was also a tracking # for USPS. It took 3 days for the number to get into USPS's system, but the CD arrived at the same time (!). The number's useless but it came pretty fast so I guess that's ok.  
 
4) Packaged very well. Manila envelope was fat because CD was carefully wrapped with 2 big bubble wrap bags (ended up as 4-5 bubble layers on each side).  
 
Communication sucks. But the price is right and the shop works.

Yes Asia is tops in my book when it comes to Japanese DVD's. I have bought from them since August of 2003 and have had no problems. They are fast, accurate, and their Customer Service department is without exception excellent. Order tracking allows the customer to constantly check on their order, and shipping is terrific. The DVD's which can be damaged come packed in poly bags inside a substantial cardboard box. I cannot say enough positive things about dealing with Yes Asia. In two words "absolutely tops"!

Ordered two 12 Girls Band CDs+DVDs and they arrived in a week! Pretty fast for something that was hard to find. They had them in stock. The only down side is that there were no tracking number. But it was sent Priority Mail so it was quick. The site looks like Amazon.com, another one of my favorite online retailers. This is my first dealings with Yesasia and I am very pleased.  
 
One annoyance with this site is the search feature. It wouldn't return all the related products of a search. It's quite strange. When viewing one of the returned results, you'll see what others have looked at or purchased that are related but never showed up in the search results even though the search string exists in the related products' title.

Excellent site. When i first looked at it, it looks just like Amazon.Com, i wonder if it's sister company or something. Anyways, just placed my order tonight for several CDs, and it is very easy to use, lots of user reviews and recommendations which helped me decide which product to order. Free shipping is excellent plus they offer coupon that saves me even more! I definately recommend this site and i sure will buy all my asian CDs from them in the future~

Lots of imported games, reasonable price. "Super Saver" shipping method is free and I got the game in 4 days instead of "10 to 15 days" as stated on the website. I will buy from them again next time.
