Very satisfying. Price was right and so was the service.

I ordered a Yamaha WB2 piano bench. It was shipped immediately and arrived on schedule. Packing was excellent, with the OEM carton packed inside a larger carton with air pillows.  

I had no problems at all with my order. The website was easy to use and the price was the lowest on the web according to Froogle. The product I purchased was sent on time and I really liked that the DHL tracking information was automatically sent to me.

I was pleased with the service when I ordered GT4 Nexstar Celestron telescope and received the merchandize on time. However I was not pleased to find that the item did not work, was not new and was outdated (the hand control was older one that was before 2004). Digital would not take time to deal with me and referred me to Celestron for repair. I can not get a return # from Celestron and if I do will have to pay even more in shipping costs to send a supposedly new item in for repair. I will not order from Digital again unless they help rectify this problem. They are helpful when taking your money but not helpful otherwise. This product cannot be brand new as they said it was when I asked.

Ordered a bunch of items for my new front projection Tv setup. Ordered all on same day (screen, projector, cables etc from various places).  
Ordered an ND2 filter from Ace.  
Was the 1st item to arrive (by a few days).

My credit card has been charged, but I have never received the product or a shipping notification, and the company will not answer my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Great store to do business with. I called about 2 items, one of which was in stock and the other not. They committed to having the out of stock item the following day and shipped to me by the end of the week. The photo frames arrived two days later, ahead of the committed time frame.  
I like the product so much I went to order three more, but the price had gone up slightly with the new inventory. The sold me the additional units at the previous price and they arrived the next day. Transactions are fast and accurate and their phone service was fantastic as well. Even with the Camera, they offered (not pushed) a few accessories but when I declined they still completed the order without issue. I will be using these folks for most of my small electronics and photo needs in the future.  
They did such a good job on the first order, I called and ordered three more of the photo frames. The price had gone up in the week but they gave me the original price and shipped them out the same day arriving in time for Christmas. Ace just nails it when it comes to pricing, delivery commitment and customer service.

I was very pleased with the ease of ordering and the quickness of delivery. I would like to take this opportunity to comment on your customer service. I delt with Estee in that department. I'm sorry I don't know her last name. I have to tell you she was excellent. She sympathized with my problem, knew what to do to fix it and helped me with all my questions. If you give out bonuses in your company I would like to cast my vote for Estee. Thank you Estee for your help!!!! I will definitly do business with Ace Photo again and again. I'm a great believer that Customer Service is the heart and soul of any company and your department is of a very high caliber.

Good service, not the fastest shipping in the west, but certainly not the worste either. I am happy with the products I ordered and with the price that they were offered for.

I really like Ace Photo. They had the fiters I needed (i couldn't find them anywhere else) and they were reasonably priced. My only complaint was the cost of shipping, which was as much as the filters were, but then again, it was next day shipping. But overall, i was satisfied with the service.

We ordered a Yamaha PSR-3000. I am very satisfied with this company and can highly recommend their service. Those who are not US citizens and have no credit card issued in the US know what a hassle it can be to purchase something from the US. Therefore, I value their service even more. Although we had to change the payment method from credit card to wire transfer, everything worked out well. For us it was also helpful to know that they need up to 48 hours to answer an e-mail (because of the many customers). We will recommend this company to our friends who are also interested to buy a keyboard. Thanks for your reliable service.

I placed my order over the web and received quick responce that the refill for my camera case would be delayed a little. I was asked if I would except an alternative foam insert that would work just as well. I said that would be fine as long as it would do the job. What I recieved was two inches too small in width and now I have to order another one. Unfortunately I had to open everything to see if it would fit and I'm sure they will not accept it back. This was the first time I have delt with Ace.
