Purchased reburbished minolta camera lense from Ace. The communication, shipping and packaging was a completely "smooth" transaction. The product was in perfect condition as stated. I would definately order from them again.

Ordered a Camera bag from their Amazon store front. It got here within two days in perfect condition. Price was great too! Tracking information and invoice were sent promptly to e-mail and didn't have any problems whatsoever.

I put a pair of V-MODA earphones in Ace's Amazon storefront shopping cart. I then deleted it and replaced it with another item, and placed the order. The Ace info somehow resurrected itself and an order placed. I was charged and the item was shipped to the wrong address. Ace CS told me the package was delivered and signed for (by someone else in another state) and as far as they were concerned, that was the end of the matter. The package was sitting in the rental office of an apartment complex and Ace wouldn't even contact UPS to retrieve it. So I had to call and have the item picked up and returned to Ace. Eventually they provided a partial refund but were thoroughly uncooperative throughout the entire process.

Great prices, fast shipping and readily available customer service for problems or questions. Purchased two phone exetensions that I was unable to find anywhere at local electronics dealers. Detailed descriptions of products made me feel confident that I was choosing the correct extension for my system. Would definitely check them out for future purchases. Good positive experience!

FRAUDULENT SELLER! Somehow my card was charged and an item sent from this store after never confirming any purchase (I put in my card info but closed the browser without hitting confirm order because of their shipping price -- which was listed as $11 for $24 earbud headphones)! I never received an order or invoice number or confirmation email and when I contacted them they simply said that I would be happy with my purchase anyways or if I really wanted I could pay for their (overpriced) shipping both ways and restocking.

Dishonest seller! Be aware!Advertised as NEW, but shipped REFURBISHED! No customer service. Had to contact Amazon.com and Credit Company. I had to pay both shipping charges. NEVER buy from them! Customer service person was so rude and made fun of me. NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from them again! Just look at their feedback and other Dissatisfied customers! They try to scam you by sending Refurbished goods

Please be warned that this company will REFUSE to accept returns on any kitchen appliance that has been opened and used, if only once. I wanted to return a Tassimo Coffee maker that I received for Christmas, I did try it out to find that I do not want the machine, I was basically told I was out of luck and out the very expensive purchase price. I guess at this store the customer is not very important, one of the customer service representatives was very rude.  
Because of their return policy which they say is stated somewhere, I would avoid purchasing anything from this store, I am surprised that they are affiliated with Amazon, which I previously thought a decent company.  
I would rate this store a 0 on a scale of 1 to 10 or a zero star rating. Hope this review helps someone else out there from making a mistake by buying from site.

I ordered a bread maker from ACE Photo & Digital on 12/2, and received an e-mail confirmation shortly. By 12/11 I still had received no indication that my order had shipped so I sent them an e-mail asking about it. Today (12/12) I received an e-mail from them saying my order had been canceled because the item was not available. They claimed to have sent me an e-mail notifying me of this, but I never received such an e-mail. I would recommend not buying from ACE Photo & Digital.

On August 29 I attempted an online purchase of a Zeiss Spotting Scope, zoom eyepiece and tripod, total purchase price about $2000. A week went by and I had received no information about my order so I called customer service and they told me the order had been approved on August 30th and would ship in a day or 2. Later they called my back and told the eyepiece I wanted was out of stock and I would have to wait 30 days to get it. I cancelled the whole order. (I should also mention the customer service person didn't even know what a spotting scope was.)

Ordered wide angle lens for a scheduled trip to Alaska. I requested 2nd day air shipment in order to receive this lens before departure and was charged for the second day air service. Ijust received the tracking number from UPS and found out that the lens has been shipped via ground and is not scheduled to arrive until the end of next week. I will not purchase from this merchant in the future.

This was the worst online buying experience I've ever had. I ordered the product on July 4 and STILL have not yet recieved any indication that the product shipped. Three emails to customer service have not been returned and when I called their support number all it told me was all the representatives were on the phone and to call back later, then it hung up. You couldn't even wait to get someone on the phone. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND INFURIATING.
