I was Emailed a link to correct my payment problem and when I screwed up the order they fixed it too no problem. Now that's service. I give up on sites easily but this one works.

Received confirmation item was shipped on June 25. On July 19, I sent an e-mail asking how long it normally takes to receive shipment. Mr. Duke Yoshiwara responded that the item had probably been lost in the mail and on July 22, 2003 he shipped another item. I received the order on July 26 and greatly appreciate the help I received from Mr. Yoshiwara, thank you Iocombo!

Great price and service. The Motherboard I want was discontinued and hard to find and the status was pre-order. I called them to confrm the availability of the motherboard and they said that they would try to provide the motherboard and would call me back. 15 minutes later, They called me and confirm that they have the motherboard. I received the item 5 days later. Excellent Service, I must say.  

I ordered a barebone system. It was very well-packaged when it arrived. They were quick to process the order and provide me tracking information. I'm very satisfied with Iocombo.

Nice price on a decent heatsink. Reasonably priced, prompt shipping. Overall hard to beat on this particular deal.  
 
Worth noting: An actual human answered my phone call promptly and deleted a mistaken order (my mistake)immediately without charging and then having to refund on our charge card --- the way it should be!  
 
Would deal with again without hesitation. Having done business with plenty of resellers who have no commitment to customer service except to empty your pocket, this company is a breath of fresh air!
