I placed an order on 08/22. On 08/23 they sent an email saying that the free shipping for the item was an error on the web and they will charge extra for shipping. Being frustrated I asked them to cancel the order. I then got a response that they will keep their promise of free shipping. I received it on 08/30.

I bought the enermax refurbished case, but when I received the case, the front usb and audio i/o was missing. I emailed two people from the company who responded pretty quickly that they will ship me the part. To this day I did not get the part. So I emailed enermax instead and got the part within a week I think.  
Moral of this story  
Buying a refurbished case from iocombo luck shot.  
Enermax customer support superb.  
 
Another note:  
The case also did not come with any screws or motherboard standoffs(whatever those brass things are called to support motherboard). Enermax came through with this as well.

Great pricing on flash memory sticks. Fast service (Order was shipped next day). Will buy from again.

Had never heard of this company before but saw a deal they had on another shopping site. I needed an aluminum external enclosure for cheap and they just happned to have one for $30.95 after their online coupon. Shipping wasn't bad at $4.95 to my location so I ordered.  
 
Made the purchase at 1 AM Monday and it got to my house Tuesday at 5 PM, but I live like 120 miles from them so your delivery time may differ.  
 
I will make sure to bookmark their page for more purchases in the future.  
 
There's one thing I do not like about dealing with this company. They constantly email you asking to rate them on another reseller ratings site.

This company refunded my money without hesitation when I asked. It was my fault that I was unable to accept the delivery, and even so, they did not give me a hard time after the fact.  
 
I would definitely shop here again.  
 
They make online purchase easy.
