Ordered four rounded IDE cables via a DealNews referral. Good price, arrived normally.

Got just what I ordered.I ordered Nero software and it works.

I bought a Firewire encolsure from the fine folks at ioCombo, and when we discovered the one I'd ordered was out of stock (though the system had indicated it was available when I placed the order), Al was kind enough to upgrade my order to a nicer enclosure (one that was in stock, so I wouldn't have to wait) at no extra charge.  
 
I found Al to be both friendly and committed to doing the right thing for me, even if it meant extra work for him or not making as much money on this particular transaction. I received a better product than I expected, at an excellent price, and I felt respected and well cared for in the process. I wish all my transactions with other merchants worked out this well.  
 
I look forward to buying from ioCombo again, and I can certainly recommend you consider them, too.
