I purchased a Samsung LN40A630 LCD from ButterflyPhoto (at the Amazon.com site) and it was delivered as I had expected. I noticed a defect and contacted ButterflyPhoto Customer Service and following their instructions sent it back to them. After many many days of no TV and nothing to show for my investment, and no responses to my email's I filed a warranty claim and was refunded the entire amount by Amazon.com. Amazon's Customer Service representatives at least had the courtesy to take action and express real time concern about my situation which resulted in getting my full purchase amount refunded. I had a miserable experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I did not check this company out prior to purchase, I just relied upon my past purchasing experiences with Amazon and thought that any company selling on Amazon's site would be a safe bet. If I had checked this company out and read the reviews that other's have made I would have not purchased this TV from them. Great TV, no real time customer service, poor communications, unfulfilled commitments, from ButterflyPhoto resulted in a very disappointing purchasing experience. Butterfly photo is seriously a bargain. I got my camera, accessories (MB cards, long life batteries, bag, zip, etc) the whole package for a great price! I would of paid at LEAST $300 or more for these items at Best Buy. I paid 199 plus a 3 year warrenty! Shipping was quick! I highly recommend

It was a pleasure doing business with Butterfly Photo. I had called several online companies and found that Steven (800 339-9960 Ext. 204)from your company to be the most courtious and helpful representative of any of the companies I called. Although many of the them had competitive prices, Steven's attitude sold me on your company.

Initially I had some difficulty with receiving a camera on time after ordering. After talking to Steven in the customer services department, the company more than generously compensated me for my problems. They refunded the overnight shipping charge and offered me a 3 year extended warranty at no extra charge. Based on this interchange with Steven, I would definitely buy from this company again. I had problems with my order, however when I requested the first person (in sales) I had spoken to - his name is Steven - all my issues were resolved and I received the order in record time. Steven did a great job - he's the only reason I kept the order from Butterfly Photo and didn't order from another company.

I submitted my order for a Nikon S210 and there was a problem with the processing because my billing address is different from my shipping address. I tried to contact them on Sunday (2/8/09) but they weren't open and I kind of had a hard time getting in contact with someone because their hours of operation on the website, email, and telephone were all completely different. Once I did talk to someone the issue was completely resolved. I can say that they are truly polite and are there to make sure that you are a satisfied customer which I am. I would definitely buy another electronic item from them, I am pleased.

After finding Resellerrrating's website, I reviewed ButterflyPhoto's ratings and felt confident to order my Sony HDR-SR11 HD videeo camera from them. After not getting a shipping notice a few days after ordering, I called them. The customer service representative checked into it and apologized for teh delay. They ahd not received a new supply in because of the severe winter storm hitting the Midwest and the Northeast. A major snowstorm was hitting both areas and I understood. She stated she would waive the shipping charge and would notify me as soon as they shipped it, which was expected in a few days. Two days later, I received an email stating the product was shipped and I received it 2 days later. I am very pleased with the product and the attention Butterfly Photo gave me on my order. I got the product at a great price and will buy from them again. At least they treat you much better than that farce of a business called 86PhotoVideo.

The service representative Steven was extremely helpful. I purchased a Sony XBR 37 Television with a 6 year warranty. The television was $200 less than other stores and didn't include the warranty. To everyone in the military shop here first, I mentioned that I was in the military and received a free upgrade on HDMI cables that were valued at $100. Steven was very helpful with my order. I also thought the camera package was a very good deal (with the extra battery, 8 GB card, etc.). I bought one in December for myself from Butterfly and this one is for my brother's wife. I have never been disappointed with Butterfly's service and support.

I just wanted to quickly mention what a great experience I had ordering from Butterfly Photo. I ordered a Samsung 52A750 and my sales rep was named Steven who was compelely helpful and very knowledgeable. In fact, I kept his number because next time order I want to make sure to work with this guy again.
He was able to save me a ton of money, and I would refer him to any of closest friends and family because he didn't care about selling me overpriced stuff I didn't need- he's completely honest and full of integrity!
In case you're interested, his number is 800-339-9960 x 204...It's definitely worth a call.

I talked with Steven at 800-339-9960 x 204 today about the shipment arrangements. He seems quite knowledgable and was truly helpful and arranged for me to have quicker shipment and better delivery in addition to an additional 5 years on-site coverae warranty on the Samsung 32a550 I purchased from Butteryfly. and are covered for 6 years. It looks like I will save a lot of money and if eerything continues as it has, I woud recommend Butterfly to my friends.

I have purchased name brand cameras and acessories from Butterfly Photo for over five years now. I have always been satisfied with each product and the service.
Butterfly Phot can usually beat competitors prices by a large margin, and that keeps me continuing to purchase from them.
Shipping has always been fast and as promised.

I wanted to purchase the Sony HD SR-11 camcorder for weeks now and I called everywhere to see the availability of the camera. Unfortunately, I all I would get is a quick reply and a hang-up that the camcorder was "out of stock and would be a 2-3 week back order", with no additional information even though I requested it. I needed the camcorder ASAP, as I was going to London in three weeks. I called Steven at 800-339-9960 x 204 at butterflyphoto.com and I must say his service was excellent. He took time to answer any question I had regarding the specifications any information of the Camcorder, the method of shipping and the arrival time; as that was most important to me. He also gave me quite a package deal on the camcorder at a far lower price than many of the leading competitors out there, with multiple accessories that I probably would have purchased afterward anyways! The professionalism and quality of the service has already convinced me that I am receiving a quality product and I would recommend them to anyone!

I recently purchased a large screen TV from Butterflyphoto and would like to pass on my sincer appreciation to Mr. Steve Clendenny of that company for all his guidance and hard work both in getting my order processed as well as correcting my previous try at placing that order on line. Not only did he take the extra effort to correct that order, he made sure my new order was correct and was for the right product. He also took the time to explain to me what was needed to support the product and ofter guidance on what each option would allow me to do. Not only did he save me lots of money, I felt him being more than a salesman. He made me feel I could trust his advise which I did. And I am thankful I did because I truely am enjoying my TV. You can be assured that in the future I will come back to him for any addition purchases as well as recommending him to my friends. Again please pass on to him my sincer thanks and "WELL DO".
