The order interface was very easy to use. The order was placed and product was received in a timely manner. The company provided email update with tracking of which I consider a requirement in today's internet purchasing environment. I'd bey from them again.

Horable customer service. I ordered a pioneer Avic-D2 from them, and before i placed the order i called them and asked them if they are authorized by pioneer to sell and the lady i spoke to said yes you have nothing to worry about. I placed the order and then when i went to call pioneer to let them know There wasnt a navi antenna i the box, they asked where did i buy it i told them and they said they are not on their vender list and i dont have a warrinty.  
 
So i returned it to them and now they said they wont give me a full refund, so i had to do a credit card charge back.... Stay away from you!

I am very pleased with the amount of time it took to ship my order. I ordered the same thing from FotoConnection.com and after 3 weeks, it was still processing! I was very frustrated and about to give up on the whole thing, until I found hooked on tronics. I canceled my foto connection order and bought my hooked on tronics order that same day. The next day it shipped, and is expected (according to the UPS tracker) to arrive in 4 days. I am VERY pleased. Thanks HookedOnTronics!

I was happy to find that HookedOnTronics not only had the item I was looking for, (Infinity Basslink II), but their price was far below competitors. I was also able to use a 2.5% discount just for finding them through Google.  
 
Now let's see how long it takes to get here.

Order shipped the same day, came in time, was priced right...

The phone arrived on time but it looked like the box had been previously opened. The phone is in excellent condition however so I'm not too worried. Also shipping was waaayyyy overpriced given the actual weight of the phone, $18 bucks for normal ups ground? But thanks to the internet being tax free I still saved a lot.

I ordered on Sunday around 11pm, order shipped monday and received wednesday. Excellent packaging, product works perfectly and fast service. I also shipped to alternate address from billing and had no problems (alternate address is registered with Credit Card company, so that helps when shipping elsewhere). I didn't have to return anything or call, so my experience was completely online.

My first time order for an av receiver with this merchant. Had the best price and they shipped fast, but the packaging was bad. Original box was crushed and big hole torn in corner, which was packed inside a shipping box with light 'styro-foam peanut'packing material around it. The shipping box was not damaged, so obviously they packed . They need to do a better job than this. The receiver works ok,so far....
