This store sent me defective product twice, both the original item bought, then the replacement item. I called in their support and they will authorize me to send back the item again, but the sad thing is, I am the one that always pays the shipment back. The Basslink II is available from other stores at $250. Hookedontronics sell it at $220 that's why I chose them to have a lesser price. Since I paid the shipment back amounting to $30, the savings is now gone. And I have to settle to the defective product because I do not want to spend another $30 for every return shipment fee without even a guarantee that I will receive an undefective product the nth time around. I do not believe they are sending a brand new product because the replacement that I received is an opened one with missing cover on the side of the speaker.
